This is Part 1 in a definitive series on how to get the most out of your NordicTrack/ProForm treadmill or bike. It is specifically made for beginners that have just received their NordicTrack treadmill, bike, or other exercise machine and are still learning. It is also for the NordicTrack customer that has yet to experience the awesomeness of their display, by installing Netflix and/or Amazon Prime Video! I go into detail, making certain to take the time to explain each step so you will feel comfortable going into privileged mode to install these two awesome applications. Your big 32" or 22" screen will finally reach its max potential. Run/walk/hike while watching your favorite shows and or movies. Get in shape while you binge on your favorite show rather than your favorite snack! LOL.

Part 1 shows you how to access privileged mode and navigate your way thru the Android desktop. It also walks you thru some critical info on configuring your environment so you will be ready to start installing new apps that will make your NordicTrack treadmill/bike/incline trainer that much better and more valuable than your run-of-the-mill exercise equipment.
