the fact that she actually eats 3 full meals a day is so inspiring considering how badly diet culture affects most "what i eat in a weeks"
i mean if you know anything about vegans, you know that we have to eat a ton because a regular meal is usually not enough calories to be filling.

Where I live all the legumes dry and canned are old, can’t find fresh hemp seeds, protein powder, etc.
@Bröther May I Have Some Lööps Already tried that, same issue. Protein powder specifically I never brought in stores originally. I think the issue is that these companies don’t realize what they’re doing given that it’s an issue among a variety of specific products. These foods don’t have as long a shelf life as people think. People are still buying for the most part and giving good reviews so they have no way of taking note of the issue. The only people who’ll notice are very health conscious people like myself who knows what it’s like to be at 100% vs 90% vs 80% vs anything below feeling like crap. Noticing what digests well and what doesn’t. I had no idea I was lactose intolerant until I went plant based, I’d be willing to bet many others don’t notice things like that about themselves unless it’s a strong allergy
U are a healthy vegan to me I practically live off of vegan chick’n nuggets and ice cream 😅
It’s so funny that people think being vegan automatically = being healthy. Like ... I’m here for the animals lmao
I feel you. We're here for the animals but we should take care of ourselves as well so we can keep being vegan for longer. 💚 Nothing wrong with eating vegan junk food, I love it too, but is essential to eat veggies and fruits too ☺️

I’ve seen people use instant mashed potatoes to thicken sauces and stuff. I am in my 40s and just found that out, so you might already know that. But there are vegan ones out there you could use!

I wanna become vegan 🌵 . However can I become vegan for only the food because cotton itches me and vegan shampoo gives me rashes! So is it fine to do it for food purpose only
I am not vegan (In the process of transitioning to plant based) so I can’t say for sure, but in my opinion doing what you can to start is good! You can’t sacrifice your health for vegan shampoo as having itchy painful rashes all the time isn’t ideal at all. I would say try finding a natural shampoo with all natural ingredients that are okay for sensitive skin and the chances are the more natural soaps are inherently vegan already. Also try linen if cotton doesn’t work, I’m not sure if they’re the same but see if it help you! God bless you!💕
