- Nibali, The Shark of Messina, is one of the greats of cycling. To meet and ride with one of only 7 cyclists to win all three grand tours was a fantastic honour. Thanks to SCOTT Bikes for bring us together on short notice after realising we were both in the south of Spain by chance. Filmed with the help of Alex Colorito.

Vincenzo has always been guarded and weighing words when speaking, being somewhat shy and, well, Sicilian in his own way. Not the man for battles of words, he much preferred facts on the road.

i also like how we can notice Vincenzo being proud about his achievements, you can clearly hear and feel that, not beeing or seeming arrogant at all. To me, that shows his passion and joy for this sport. Yet he seems very likable and modest, "one of the people" you could say... Don't want to generalize, but also not go in to details any further, so imma say it anyways: i always loved italian people, their way of showing emotions and so on, and he proves that to me once more. Very natural character, it seems to me.

Vincenzo Nibali (Italian: Vincenzo Nibali; born November 14, 1984, Messina) is an Italian professional road cyclist who has competed for the American World Tour team Trek-Segafredo since 2020. Winner of all Grand Tours. Two-time Italian Champion. Since September 2021, Astana racer. Before Astana, Nibali played for the Liquigas team for 6 years. In its composition he won the Vuelta a España 2010 and Tirreno-Adriatico 2012 races. In 2013, in the ranks of Astana, in one season he was able to win the Giro d’Italia race and the Tirreno-Adriatico race again. And also, after leading for a long time, he took second place at the Vuelta in the general classification.
