HOW TO MAKE HAITIAN EPIS aka HAITIAN SEASONING

Welcome back to my channel!!! and in today's video, I will be showing you how to make HAITIAN EPIS

Ingredients:
2 Goya Chicken Packets
3 cups of green onion
1 cup of extra virgin oil
1 1/2 cup of garlic cloves
handful of thyme
1 bunch of parsley
handful of celery
3 cups of mixed red, orange & green peppers
Directions:
Step 1:
Place garlic, peppers, scallion, parsley, thyme, celery and Goya salt into a blender or food processor. *Add ingredients a little at a time because all of it will not fit in the blender at once.

Puree until the consistency matches that of applesauce. Pour mixture into a 48-ounce container with a lid and keep refrigerated for future use.

Heavy on the garlic but a wonderful easy version. Maybe instead of the packages of Goya seasonings one could use a organic homemade version of sofrito and of adobe. Thanks for sharing. I made your bouillon and it was great!

How long does this stay fresh in the fridge?
3 weeks to a month. Or if you want to last you can also freeze it for a longer time.
