I feel like Scott has his shit together
i feel like he read this comment and gave up after, seen a few pretty embarrassing videos
I just saw Polyphia this past weekend and I was so impressed with Scott. Having seen a few videos of them live, I fully expected him to be drunk and falling behind Tim but he was incredible. Barely missed a note and he looked like he was enjoying himself so much. Much more admiration for Scott now.
No one flutters my bar like Tim🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Brandon watching this crying his eyes out
Nah
He moved on and is enjoying his time, I think he was moving to do more multi instrumentalist kinda stuff with an emphasis on drums
He left cause he didn't wanna play the genre
@@cej3940 yeah but in my opinion this album is his best work and I'd bet it's sad seeing someone else do it
@@iamdaveandhaveaniceday2651 Yeah, I get that
He was a hell of a lot better than the guy they have now. Not technically, but musically he was miles above.
The only other instrumental band who elicits this kind of emotional response for me is Snarky Puppy. These guys are real special.
Check out Covet
Khruangbin
Dude I agree. But to me these cats are more exciting. I take my music so seriously I built my own speakers. I used to refer to Snarky Puppy as The Mensa HOUSEBAND…
Tim can solo while banging his head like that!
This is a great venue, not too big and not too small, we still can see the fret board and all small detail from them
What if a bass could use a whammy bar to do bass drops. That would be the heaviest nastiest shit ever. How has this not been done!?
Because there is no spring that can balance a bass string without being too stiff to have any practical use.
Shut up soy boy
u want bass with whammy bar? listen to primus. les claypool plays divebombs on bass.
not many bands work in progressive djenty metal but I think they are the best in funky metal melody with technically complicated playing
Who the hell was the sound engineer ?? Jesus...it reminded me of having a nightmare when you try to scream but no sound comes out.
lol it sounds like freejazz the way it's mixed x_x
This sounded fine, I don’t see everyone’s criticism
I would love to see any of the haters play a guitar half this well
@@jameseasterling2563 most criticisms here are fans who expect more from a band like polyphia, but honestly this is one of their best live performances ever. Absolutley epic
i think most people are complaining about the mixing because tim is quite louder than the other members
U cant even hear scott
@@iamdaveandhaveaniceday2651 They are humans too so they are naturally going to mess up more than in the studio people just have to high of standards
GOD BLEES YOU
Scott needs to be turned up
fr
No cap
One more soooong!!!
I miss untatted Tim.
Is Tim's pink Ibanez ever going to be able for people to buy???
The Ibanez AZ's are the same model, Tim's guitar is a prototype of it. Unfortunately, it doesn't come in pink, but the Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSS is really close to Tim's model if you need the pink.
Brownnn Yea I just want that pink one lolololol
Brownnn Yess I will look into that thanks man!
His az is custom painted
Funyn how Tim is at the right side of the stage but his guitar sounds on the left side
I thought I was the only one who realize that
They need to turn tim down or everything else up!
clay looks like brandon in the music video with no emotion . this song makes every drummer emo T-T . i get why... its just sad to see live T-T i love this song ..
all the people who didnt cheer when the song started clearly havent heard Muse
From shy boy to Anime protagonist, Jesust 😂
Sounds like a first act drum kit
Except Tim all others sleeping!
Scott's doing Sia-cosplay!
Só o Tim que faz os solos, 😒
Queria entender isso tbm..
Tbm
Entre 2:39 e 3:16 é o Scott solando
Tim should have a guitar that illuminates every time he strums a note 🤌🏼
This song needs Brandon.
Agree
clay looks so unenthused playing this, probably cause he didn't write the drum part.
Polyphia is the most amazing thing I’ve heard in years, and I’m old, but man do I hate their drummer. He isn’t bad, he is pretty damn good, but he treats every song like it’s a drum solo from start to finish. For God’s sake man, try laying a beat and give the music space to breathe. His constant breaks, fills, off beats etc. sucks all the dynamics out of everything else.
Tattoos make people ugly; subjective, I know.
the drummer looks so bored omg lmao
Yo that's the most boring live performance I've ever seen from them. It's a shame cause finale still one of my favorites
Kristin Perry they feed off the crowd. And the crowd was dead as fuck. Had to beg them to put their fucking hands up
@@GXDSX ik right. Like when Polyphia performed the song "Goose" there and Tim started to play his Solo, only one dude of the crowd clapped his hands and all the other people were like quiet asf. Few seconds later, some people joined the clap club too, because Clay literally wanted them to (He didn't say that they should clap or they'll get fucked, he just also clapped with this dude during the solo part a bit so they could flavor the beat a bit, wit da clapi clap). Idk man, seem kinda dead to me too :(
It's a nice lead riff, but the HiHit shouldn't sound over the top of it. No guts in the main Riff. The guitars sound like they are coming from the room next door. It sounds like School Boy metal
CARambolagen u dumb.
@@billybobbobson5346 he isnt wrong. I swear to god polyphia are my favorite band ever but they really arent great live, seen a few videos of them live and they kinda sucked
Is your username Hebrew for “shut the fuck up”? דוד מרדכי שלזינגר
@@billybobbobson5346 um no why would you think that lol
@@iamdaveandhaveaniceday2651 BillyBoy is obviously of the subtle differentiating type, full of musical knowledge and great insight ;-)
So many notes are missing very sad to hear this kinda stuff please practice
Brood of Vipers I’m almost certain it was tims jumper getting in the way, guys being playing violin since he was 3, he knows about accuracy aha
examples?
RantKid he said in interview he started playing violin at 3
What? Where? Time stamp.
@@analyticequals check out anthony fantanos interview with him. He talks about it at the very beginning of the video.
This is what happen if they’re too much focusing on style, tattoos and drunk
Fadil Mahdi bro after watching your vids I’ll take your opinion into account when you learn how to bend properly and have your vibrato not sounding like a nervous parakeet Jesus christ
@@nostalgiajunkie DAYUM SON
@@nostalgiajunkie you killed him😂
Tim live is very badly!!
LuckDan Lol what?
SeanMcFarlinTRE
He plays very bad guitar live
LuckDan I've never noticed. Especially in the last few years. Sounds just about the same as CD here objectively.
SeanMcFarlinTRE lol
I think you need to review the technical side, my friend
what r u talkin about bro
