I am finding this practice (done daily) is really helping me drop out of a state of chronic anxiety. I really love this format - your voice in the background, the pace, the beautiful relaxing music, the setting and of course the sight of your torso haha! 😉
Sometimes when you feel emotions arising it is helpfull to use a pranayama technique called *lionsbreath*.
As you exhale open your mouth as much as possible, let your tonque out like you try to reach your chin and scream a lion (ÄÄÄHh). Also you can Look to your third eye and pull up your eyebrows. 🦁
This helps let go of everything that is Not serving you.

15 days ago I had a surgery on the diaphragm, so I'm still unable to go back to the shamanic breathe routine, and that's annoying me a bit to be honest...
But this one is super helpful to get my breathing rhythm back.

Love this session. I almost got through the whole 45’’ breath retention. I have difficulties with these retentions on the exhales it’s a lot more doable for me on the inhales. I don’t know if it has an incidence on the benefits. I practice everyday so I hope I will be able to adjust. Once again you’re in a beautiful environment. I believe you said you were in Mallorca Spain. It looks a lot like a beach we went to in Bandol which is on the Mediterranean Sea in the southeast of France. Nature is so beautiful in so many places on our planet 🙂

Any advice on how to plan exercising throughout the day? Which and at what time of the day to execute?
The way you did the half breath out that time really slowed my mind down a lot. My mind was racing before I did the breath work and now my mind is much more calm.
