I'm a Plumber and have a 14 year old Honda . The sills are ok but I have Mig welded a few small patches . What you are doing is exactly what I will do if the Car needs a sill renewed , I mean when it's all ground down and painted it will be perfect , great job ! 👍
Superb job all your work is done from the floor.. There is no lift the work is carried out on the guys knees in a very tight and difficult position. Great work..

@MegaReddevil71 Yes. They do rust well ford's mind. The ford focus is bad for it. If you buy a st, make sure you check it well and behind the wheel arch liners.

@@Supercarlsunday I have a mk 1 but did waxoi inside l the sills years ago so been lucky ad these can rot quite badly too
