    In 2024 this is very useful info.......I have a blown out motor......I ordered one and will use this video to take down the old and replace it.

    The blower wasn't working on my Suzuki Grand Vitara. Tips and inspiration from this video helped me fix mine. Carbon brush dust had spread throughout the motor. Clean, reassemble and it's working! Thank you!

    The motor rusted because a clogged drain and water accumulated in the area. Nice job. I like when people try to repair when possible instead of replacing without having a look.

    great work,the motor lives for a while longer.the motor really looked beyond repair but you salvaged it.excellent.

    Just an observation. Get yourself a good powerprobe. Saves the chance of blowing fuses with 2 wires floating about to power up stuff.

    Hi. If the A/C drain line is blocked, water goes to the blower motor. Great video :-)

      LM Auto Repairs I am only a hobbyist...Pretty much only my own vehicles with rare exceptions. Suzuki Vitara and SX4’s.

    I also always look at cabin filter if its something wrong with blower(more then half of cases is clogged filter).Nice work with returnig to live this motor.

    Good job there .. sir i have 2 comments here .. the first one is all about rust from where did it come .. i think from that little plastic pipe.
    Second comment if i were you i will bring a new fan tell me why because maybe this fan will suffer again and just stop because we are dealing with old rusty part .. new part or good used means me happy and the customer also.
    I hate to do same job twice.
    Sorry for my pass like that 😁😁

      I have explained in the video why I decided not to replace...
      Also, this video was recorded last year in May, and the fan still going... is already a win... and if lasts another year even better...
      If you explain the owner what the situation is, and he is happy with it, don't see why replace when you can repair...

    Ha a Russian repair lol no parts required. Well done Luis it will need a motor eventually as you well know. But it works out cheaper for the customer and it is still a better motor than most aftermarket scrap out their.

    I changed the air conditioning panel because the lights don't work anymore and now it goes the other way, when I warm it I put the cold and vice versa. a solution ? tester? Thx

    Hey my Suzuki Grand Vitara fan works very well and also i changed Air heater flap actuator motor CSA512T009 but still this light is flashing yet really i do not know what the problem is there right now?

    Ive been dying to know hoe to remove the access panel the covers the blower motor. This video didn't help with that.
