@@LMAutoRepairs yeah you are right but you know, you are spending time with another persons cars. You can spend your time with your family instead of it. So im curious about it...
The blower wasn't working on my Suzuki Grand Vitara. Tips and inspiration from this video helped me fix mine. Carbon brush dust had spread throughout the motor. Clean, reassemble and it's working! Thank you!
The motor rusted because a clogged drain and water accumulated in the area. Nice job. I like when people try to repair when possible instead of replacing without having a look.
Just an observation. Get yourself a good powerprobe. Saves the chance of blowing fuses with 2 wires floating about to power up stuff. Excellent videos love watching them. You have so much patience 🤔
Well done but d problem I having when u put the ignition on orange lights cm on d a.c. control dat is not happening an the blower, or d whole system doesn't function.once I c d orange lights I kn it's working how can I solve dis
I also always look at cabin filter if its something wrong with blower(more then half of cases is clogged filter).Nice work with returnig to live this motor.
Good job there .. sir i have 2 comments here .. the first one is all about rust from where did it come .. i think from that little plastic pipe. Second comment if i were you i will bring a new fan tell me why because maybe this fan will suffer again and just stop because we are dealing with old rusty part .. new part or good used means me happy and the customer also. I hate to do same job twice. Sorry for my pass like that 😁😁
Hi I have explained in the video why I decided not to replace... Also, this video was recorded last year in May, and the fan still going... is already a win... and if lasts another year even better... If you explain the owner what the situation is, and he is happy with it, don't see why replace when you can repair... Thank you for watching and for your comment!
Ha a Russian repair lol no parts required. Well done Luis it will need a motor eventually as you well know. But it works out cheaper for the customer and it is still a better motor than most aftermarket scrap out their.
I changed the air conditioning panel because the lights don't work anymore and now it goes the other way, when I warm it I put the cold and vice versa. a solution ? tester? Thx
Hey my Suzuki Grand Vitara fan works very well and also i changed Air heater flap actuator motor CSA512T009 but still this light is flashing yet really i do not know what the problem is there right now?
With that process, how much money did you save? And how much you got paid for that job? Just for curiosity
