    You clearly know what you are doing when it comes to smoking meats. Great job on the video. If I could offer a quick tip, I think it would be helpful to explain what you are doing in more detail (ie. temp, smoke times, rest times, what the liquid was you poured on it and why you wrapped it). As someone who knows basically nothing about smoking meats, I was a little confused. It could also be cool to try a test like this against a control and do a blind tasting-- That way you can decide which one you like best without knowing and have a more definitive takeaway. Overall killer job though. I'll def watch some more!

      Thank you so much for watching and the great comment..... this is were I am a little torn... I want to give everyone a lot of info but I don't want to make the videos crazy long either... but I will make sure to get in more of that info the best I can.... and if you ever have questions please leave a comment on the video and I will be happy to give you much more detail there as well....

    Where did you get the tallow? Do you want to mow my lawn, too?

    • @AndresSmokingHotFoods
      @AndresSmokingHotFoods  11 днів тому +1

      i make the tallow myself.... I save all the beef fat from the Briskets and meat I cut for beef jerky,,, when I get about 8-10 lbs I take it out of the freezer and cook it.... AND NO!!! LOL......I really really dislike cutting the grass,,,, :)

    Why are you wearing a glove?
    You touch the meat with your hands eat it put it on all the other meat ?

    • @AndresSmokingHotFoods
      @AndresSmokingHotFoods  9 днів тому

      I wear gloves usually when I am filming my videos because I'm the only one there and it's just easier to take a glove off and touch the camera gear .... normally i wouldn't...i would just wash them in between everything but for filming it makes it easier....
