Nice overview! Stevie, for your height and weight distribution, you likely need to adjust the inversion pivot (3 options) so the table inverts for you w/out it feeling like it wants to swing back while you're trying to stay inverted. However, changing that point may not work for your partner's height, etc. Happy Decompression to You!

I’ve felt relief in the short time I’ve been using this.
As long as the table safely inverts, they all have the same benefit IMO.
