Step about replacing the 5 new components was not clear. Do we use the old housing and just switch out the new components?

Spade connectors can be stubborn, grab them by the connector cover/housing (not the wire) and pull firmly. Mine required tugging to dislodge.

I hv a electrical dryer . can I switch board from gas dryer to electrical one? one of my friend has gas one so thinking to remove board from gas one to electrical one.

No 2 square? Those screws are phillips head.

Phillips head will work but the square bit grips better
It's a Frigidaire dryer as far as I know.
