The only way they could do that would be raising acrobatics via commands first then popping the scroll, otherwise the scroll itself would never let you go that far. There's also at that high of skill no reason to use the scrolls in the first place.
It was only seyda neen to the other side of balmora on Xbox at the starting level. With around a 7% chance to cast levitate lol. Fun to save and reload to see if you could almost hit the ground and successfully cast.

They need to make a remake but where you get to have the mapping area of all of Morrowind, Cyrodiil and Skyrim it would be a master piece but with all the best of all 3 games
The thing about morrowind is that if you also boost your speed pre-jump your air speed increases accordingly, so it can really be fast travel. Use fortify speed/athletics for that. (I overdid the entire map so much once that the sky turned red and something in the water killed me upon landing)

Having quest markers made me feel much less like a client taking the time to figure out the task I was supposed to do and more like an errand boy that was told to go here and do this thing with perfect directions. I felt more like an adventurer, and it made tasks feel more difficult adding to the immersion, as I had to figure out how I was supposed to get there. But you right, maybe it should be an option.

It's a section of the Skyrim mainland from Skyrim: Home of the Nords, a mod that is adding in all of Skyrim as it is described in the earlier Morrowind-era lore of the First Pocket Guide to the Empire. It only looks like an island on the map because it's the only region of the mod that is currently finished.

At first, I naturally assumed it was possibly near bleak falls barrow i.e. making sense because of the word, “bleak“ but then you said it was in the rift so then I have discovered according to some sources, The location is only mentioned in ESO and not even the elder scrolls five Skyrim. And then it was said that sometime between the Second and third era, it was invaded and obliterated. I didn’t know this, and I think it’s pretty cool. You guys might have already known, therefore making me look like a person very new to the elder scrolls. But I assure you, I’ve been playing Skyrim for six years now, and yet the game and lore still surprise me to this day.

What I meant was that this is not Bleakrock. This is a location somewhere in/near the Rift as it's described in earlier pre-Skyrim lore. This mod is based on 2002 era lore
Because back then, when equipment was pricy and incomes not so huge, devs used sound banks. It was usualy few CDs with various sounds. So even if they were not copying each other, there was great chance to use same sound effect, like you heard in some other game. You can check out video about Doom 1 and 2 sound effects. It is described there.

I used The Scroll of Icarian Flight to jump at the ledge in the Temple to kill Her Hands from above in Tribunal ;) Very useful.
