Don’t use drive shaft spacers have custom drive shafts made its more money but your seals and u joints will last longer and there will be less vibration
Need to push rear axle back some to center in wheel well. That will also make the drive shaft angle less sharp after you extend it
It depends where the axle wants to go when it flexes, you have to see the truck backed up onto something. It might actually be in the correct spot, depending on the rear 4 Link geometry.
I prefer more tire than rim but it’s still sharp looking
Same.. but I also took my trucks/Jeep offroading fairly regularly... So obviously it made more sense for me. I suspect this truck doesn't see much/any off-road action. 😉

Morimoto has the best lights for these trucks. I definitely think they’d compliment your truck, and they have fog lights to match.
I’m glad you recognized the badges need to be purple. I was thinking about the mirrors being purple too and am torn. Probably safe to do handles and mirrors green. With that being said, still too freaking sick dude. Killin it!

Clamp the wheels from the outside when doing challenging tires because it’s very easy for the spikes so no hole and it will scratch the wheel. They will also leave marks no matter if you put rags or not.

Hey man, it may be a little late. But if you ever do a set of tires and wheels again, consider Bead Balancing them. No weights or possible damage to the rim. The beads always collect in the low spot when rotating.
Honestly I thought the purple was going to be a little too much...but now with those rims on ..it actually looks pretty sweet man!

So the kit is made by RBP but they don’t supply you with proper drivetrain ? So you need bds parts and the kit is adjustable but yet it’s not drivable?
Some trucks require the drive shaft spacer on the 8” BDS lift. Because my truck is manual it has a different driveshaft assuming that’s the cause of this problem

Love the way it looks buddy. I've seen other lifts that have a whole bunch of bars in the middle lower part of the truck, yours is the only one I've seen that has the most clearance without showing a whole bunch of bars going across the middle of the truck, love that look. Awesome job. 👍

Since you brought up headlights, OEM style projectors would look sick on that thing with the purple custom running light. Retro Shop should sell everything you would need, including the adapters to convert your quad headlight ends to projector ends. Just did it on my truck and love them!
RYAN !!!! You're back. I know you had fun in FLA. OMG !!! I love the truck and you're right the Lime definitely compliments the purple and the silver. You should get custom LED headlights with the LED ring around the light that changes color, but have the inside of the light painted purple. :-) Tail lights are gonna be hard, to customize; but definitely LEDs.
I typically static balance everything 37s or bigger and they zero out on the first spin. Trying to dynamic tires that large is just a waste of time tbh, they’re gonna vibrate anyway and aren’t gonna stay perfectly balanced very long. I static balanced my 37x13.50s on 22x12s on the step on the outer portion of the back lip because my wheels don’t have a ring around the base of the spokes and I didn’t want my weights visible, especially once I rebalance them and have to remove weight and it leaves that hideous sticky shit. None asked for more than 3 oz and they ride smooth as hell. But they’re also Nitto Ridge Grapplers so that probably helps lol. I haven’t had a single set of any Cooper MTs 33s or larger ask for less than 7oz STATIC so I’d say you did good with the Fury’s lol. Also tip to anyone who insists on dynamic balancing on large tires and have pretty wheels, put the clip weight on first and then spin it again before slapping the tape weights on. It’ll save you from having to scrap the tapes off if it chases. 99% of the time it’ll balance out that way and if it does chase it’s usually the clip weight that needs to be moved OR you just have to add a bit more tape weight to the same location. Now if you only use tapes then good luck to you have fun lmao.

None of it is my style. I’d like them 40”s on a 17” or 18” wheel with only 3”-5” of lift. Don’t like lime. Purple is cool. It’s still a damn cool truck and fits your style and I appreciate the work and effort of any build. Looks good dude!

Well your oldest subscriber has to chime in. In March 2018 you bought a pretty nice truck, though it took me a while to get used to Hollywood Star grill and the fluorescent green color... (I still don't get the purple). I also gave a nod of approval to the 6" lift made in May 2018, though a little extreme. At least you are not one of these TV resto mod guys whol slams everything down to the ground :>(. But now you've done it - BIG purple wheels on a nosebleed lift, sorta like a "wannabe mini monster" truck. Nope, just doesn't work. So I will still continue to watch every video you make, and will try to be your voice of reason. I like your energy and enthusiasm, and hope that your youthful exuberance doesn't get you into too much debt. Good luck, and don't do donuts with that lift!

What's with this craze lately with people putting low profile tires on their 4 wheel drive trucks? Out here where I live people actually take their trucks in to the mud, woods, mountains etc. Those would last about half an hour. To each their own but personally I don't get it.
