So glad to see the cat at 12:50 and his plotting to take over the world. Your cat made me subscribe. And such a value packed video! Thank you for the value and thank you for keeping it human - and feline..
I don’t like getting caught up in numbers. I post shorts DAILY and I wake up in the morning and think “what do I want to make today” and if people F with it, that’s cool and if they don’t.. oh well. I’ve played the numbers game before, but you lose your own creativity. Post what you like and remember, it’s not always about massive views.
I think that today it is fairly easy to make anything go viral if you use proper strategy. The toughest part is starting and growing your channel, but the thing is that you just need to give your viewers the content they want or need in their life. Same like business owners give people products they need in their life. Also you have to stay hard working and consistent (and you should also use a little bit of Famester to make everything a lot easier. For me, it feels like I am in control of everything and I don't need to worry about algorithms anymore). Good luck to everyone.
Trouble is with shorts is that you can only get these sort of huge views if you're in an extremely wide-appealing/mainstream niche. Even if you apply these sort of strategies to your own type of content you're still largely limited by your potential audience size, which really sucks
If you’re reading this, I hope your channel grows 100x. I only recently started my first youtube channel and I realised that it’s hard to stay consistent. But I believe everyone will make it if you don’t give up!
This is very useful one. I have seen a podcast about how jenny does the shorts viral. But at times its hard to use the strategies on your specific niche
I'm happy with my full-time job that doesn't involve UA-cam. I work 4 days a week and have 3 days off to do whatever I want. Being a full-time content creator requires a lot of time, effort, energy, and so much more than what might be classified as a "regular" job. You don't have to chase UA-cam as a career in order to be happy, meet your needs, and make a reasonable income. That's just my opinion and I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with me and thats fine. I've had a UA-cam channel for many years and have 2.8k videos on my channel. Growing my channel has been very difficult and I've come to realize for me that being a content creator is no longer worth my or the viewers time. I wish all of you the best of luck on your UA-cam journey as well as happiness, health, prosperity, and success in all you do.
@@MadRandomflicks Hey Mr. He is saying UA-cam is not working for him so he is leaving it and start to live a peaceful life . What keeps him psting new videos when he is saying so

Lots of great information in this video. I’ve got a video from last year that is my fastest growing video so I’m going to do more variations on that theme. She’s extremely smart and I hope she comes on as a guest in future videos.
Gotta say, I heard some really good things in this video. Another thing is that I always come to the realization that maybe there’s a little (or a lot) more I could be doing.
I love everything about this video - thanks Jenny for sharing all your key learnings as an inspiring creator! 😍 More power to you and to our adorable Cat who made the guest appearance "I absolutely agree with you 🥰"
Great insights into making viral shorts! Appreciate the practical tips shared here. Kudos to Jenny Hoyos for breaking down the process. Grateful for the valuable content
I would be interested to know how to apply this same formula/process to a more educational video. Since this is more entertainment, I wonder what it would look like through a education/edutainment lens.
Since finding her... she has lit a flame under me to get in to it!!!! luv herrrr! The fact she is on live right now at 5:30a to up her supporters! my kinda hustler! dont care of the age difference she is my short form content idol!!
Good luck to you 😀 I am also new creator, I started few months ago and thanks to creating Shorts, they made a big difference, but I am doing it mostly for fun, after work. And that is good enough for me, for now 😀
Hi guys 😊 I started to get into shorts to make preview of my longer video and I noticed it’s quiet good ! Tho yesterday I did what I think is a mistake but let me know if you have time … I published a long video ( one that I knew wouldn’t be crazy with the view so I thought I might help boosting it with the short ) 3 minutes later I published the short preview of that video and linked it . Turn out now everyone checked the short and not the long video so I have one of the lowest view ever lol … Do you have recommendation about when to publish such a short ?
Almost at 50 subscribers. Hope you all have a good week. It's hard these days on UA-cam platform. But surely it will give us positive rewards at the end. In a dark tunnel there will always be light at the end, you just gotta keep looking for the light and push through the UA-cam algorithm. Good luck everyone!
I mean I started like 3years ago. I am learning more everyday. I have seen other channels surpass me and imo most of these people lack the subject knowledge I have but it doesn't seem to matter because their videos are more enjoyable, this is a real thing that you have to get over. It chilled my ego and gave me humility. I am always going to try to improve. I have a lot of ideas but I am also a procrastinator. I need to work on shorts. I have a couple cool ideas. Pool is pretty niche. And tough to gain followers/subscribers. Any ideas are welcome ! Thanks community !!!
*DISCLAIMER* this creator like Mr beast is targeting kids. So this might not work for adults which is a different demographic. Might want to mimic Alex Hormozi for adult audiences.
What I have noticed is that UA-cam will “run” our shorts for about 3 to 5 hours ( up to 1.2k impressions) then it just stops. Completely flatlines with 400 views. And pot long forms are lucky ti get 10 impressions. How can a new UA-camr ever get anywhere if UA-cam doesn’t even show your videos? Of course our content is not for everyone and our first video as were downright hideous.. lol. But his do we even know how to improve or even how best to cater to an audience if UA-cam is not interested in sending out impressions. We know but everyone becomes successful but we just want a chance .
Please tell me how a video that I spent hours working on would get fewer views, whereas a video I would half as* put together with no hastage, and no caption, would like millions of views.
I don't understand why the host of the interview randomly appears in the video adding some useless commentary and shifting away my focus from the actual reason on why I am here.
Excellent helpful content. Thanks. But the cat stole the show. 😂 Please include the cat more often and I will watch each one of your videos, no matter what the topic is 😅
