    A recipe for chocolate pound cake with sour cream and a dark chocolate ganache glaze! This rich chocolate bundt cake with sour cream is so decadent!
    Ingredients:
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup salted butter - room temperature (2 sticks)
    4 large eggs - room temperature
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    8 oz. sour cream - room temperature (1 cup)
    2 cups all-purpose flour - (256g)
    ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder - (50g)
    1 ½ tsp instant espresso powder - (1½ g)
    1 tsp baking powder - (4g)
    1/4 tsp baking soda - (2g)
    ¾ cup boiling water
    baking spray
    Chocolate Ganache Glaze
    4 oz bittersweet chocolate - chopped
    ½ cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp light corn syrup

    I needed to see the texture. A slice to show your audience wld be nice. Is it dark or light on the inside??

    Hi, do I need to bake this recipe on bundt pan? Can I use a round pan without the hole?
    Btw looks so delicious! 😍

      Thanks! A bundt pan or tube pan is ideal but if you use a regular 8 or 9 inch cake pan you'll most likely have to cut the recipe in half. And adjust the cooking time to account for the shallower pan 😊
