    A big fan from Sweden here Josh. I have some questions though. How long is the rest time for the different exercises? Can I do the seal rows as regular exercise without doing the superset, and if so how many reps/sets? Also, what can I substitute the dips with? It doesn’t feel good so I need an alternative, keep up the good work and thanks! 🏄‍♂️
