I have the Roland TD27 and TD 17,and I recently bought the old TD6 from almost 2 decades ago, because it has a lot of fun sounds in it. I find myself playing more on the TD6 now, because there's over 1000 sounds to play with. Of course nothing beats the digital hi hat snare and ride, but hearing different fun sounds keeps me inspired to do more things that I'd otherwise wouldn't do....lol I also have a Yamaha DTX multi 12 and I have that same hi hat you have and the snare. I really like that material on the snare !!! But I can set up a mini drum set with it, which is awesome for portability !!! For that matter, I JUST got that "Lekato" table top drum set, that fits in a pizza bag !!! I love that little set !!! It sounds awesome, and there's pretty much no machine gunning. It's quality in a small package !!! I just brought it on vacation with me to jam with a few friends !!! This is a great time for digital drums !!!! The old stuff is super cheap, and still good, and the new stuff keeps getting better and better !!! So..... Keep rockin dude !!!!! Oh and most importantly !!! Beautiful picture of your family !!!!!!
