Hola querida Tomomo, thank you for the video, we liked it a lot.
I told you that I wanted to leave you links in the previous comment, but they deleted them without giving any reason, they disappeared without knowing the reason, it's a pity.😔
I like to see how your garden is evolving, it is beautiful to see the seasonal changes in the little things.
I hope you had a good time on your next camping trip, we don't do camping, when I was little I did go camping with my family in a caravan, on a beach called Samil in Vigo (in the north of Spain) I have many memories of that time, childhood without worries and with many outdoor games, without cell phones or social networks that distract so much and contribute rather little.
I found the method of hanging the sheets you have very interesting. 🤔
How funny when your kitten wanted to drink the dirty water...😂
About cleaning things at home and doing it with a smile, I find it very curious, it happens to me that I feel very sorry to throw things away, and before throwing them away I clean them and I appreciate their usefulness.
I didn't understand if your in-laws still work a little or do it as a hobby... here in Spain at 65 years you have to retire, that age can be delayed a little depending on your job, but the normal thing is to stop working at 65 and collect a retirement pension.
We don't go to Halloween parties, there are many because they become popular these days, I don't decorate the house either, in Spain November 1st is a national holiday, we don't work, the traditional thing is go to the cemetery to bring flowers to the graves of loved ones and remember them especially that day, This day is called “festividad de todos los santos” (All Saints' Day) and we eat sweets that have many many years of tradition, like “buñuelos de viento” ( viento= wind) they are small balls of dough filled with cream of various flavors, they are so light that is why they have the word wind in the name, also “huesos de santo” (bones of saints) they are small cylinder-shaped pieces made of filled marzipan, shaped like bones, and also “pestiños” they are a fried dough with a very curious shape, and containing honey, anise, lemon...It remains to say that all these sweets are fattening, but they are irresistible, In Spain when we eat things that make us fat we say “un día es un día” (one day is one day)and we laugh and eat happily.😛
With the arrival of the cold (it has rained a lot here these days) we desiderate dishes which here we call "de cuchara” (spoon dishes), soups, creams with zucchini or pumpkin, dishes with chickpeas, lentils, beans...all very delicious and warm.
I'm sorry I wrote so much...
We send you a big hug, for you and your family, kittens included.
Until next time, take care of yourselves.🤗
And as always from Spain with love, Silvia and JC 😘😘

      Hola, Silvia and Carlos!
Thank you for your message♡ I love to read long messages from you all the time. It's really fun to know you and your life in Spain.
My laws working as sole proprietorship, so they can work as long as they want. My father-in-law's brother is over 80, but he still works as a knife grinder. He owned his company, now his son runs there. Also Japanese government has approved bills requiring companies to retain their workers until they are 70 years old. This move is part of an effort to address the country's falling birthrate and an ageing population, and the consequent labor shortage and rising cost of pensions.
I feel even though we get old, Japanese people love to work anyway😂.
My parents-in-law seem to be happy to have their own things to do.
And many of their friends come and talk to them every day with Japanese tea and snack.
Family and friends and work are the essential, maybe.
I googled bunelos de viento, pestinos, and huesos de santo. They all look sweet and good❤️
      And de cuchara ...yum!
Have a wonderful festividad de todos Los Santos!
Looking forward to talking with you two again😍.
      Love, tomomo
