In the last example why not make another DR position the connect it with the estimated position to get a vortex line then drag the line in the compass rose? I don't get it please do enlighten me. Also the flickering sound is a problem hearing what you're trying to say
Hello sir , in the beginning , how did u take steam rate and direction from diamond , all timing are given in hour difference , what if my time difference is 0230 hours, should I consider 2hours or 3 hours
Hi Amit, you can take a mean of the values. calculate for both 2 and 3 hours, and average them out. also, for considering the UKC, take the value which gives you a higher safety of margin. always consider the worse case scenario. hope this helps.
