    On relation to video topic
    Can it be said that geographic range of light house is not only the criteria for the light but also the structure of lt house I mean that if we are in geographic range we will definitely see structure of light house in perfect visibility????
    And secondly luminous range is only for the light characteristic of lt. House??? It has nothing to do with visibility of structure of lt. House??

    From where I will get to know the what is met viability ??( For exam point of view they will give this in question ) but in reality how I can figure out what is the met viability
    So that I can take out luminous range ??
