I've been working out from 30 years now and I follow 3 sets per exercise and Max 4 variations. If it's a smaller muscle group likes bicep/tricep then 3 variations. I pay attention to how slowly I do the reps. Time under tension is the most important thing here.

Akshay sir, I am training for an year now & I am a working professional. I trained most of time for volume but then I read the Mike Mentzer book 'High Intensity' & followed the HIIT training for 3 weeks but I couldn't get the results. I belive that I was not able to create that much mind to muscle connection to get the benefits of HIIT.
I'm following push pull legs 6 sets for chest 6 for triceps 6 for shoulders 9 for back 6 for biceps 6 for quadriceps 4 for hamstrings 6 for calves 6 for abs Per session I used to put junk volume in my workout resulting in excessive fatigue and joint aches, after decreasing the volume and starting push pull legs I'm feeling much better and getting better results. I push hard on every set and make sure to give everything i got. For me it worked really well. I think it's better to push yourself hard for a few sets and finish your workout rather than doing so many exercises. This way you will be able to achieve good results as well as save more time👍🏻
Bhai jo tum workout plan follow karte ho wo bhi share kardo, like tum chest ke 6 set karte ho to kya isme 2 diff. excersise rehti hai ya 3 different excersise 2-2 ke set me?
Good morning sir, First of all, thank you very much for such informative videos 🙏 mujhe yeh janana hai ki agar hum ek bar me do muscles train kar rahe hai to workout kaise perform kare matlab agar ham tricep aur chest jar rahe hai to ek set chest ka kare aur doosara set triceps ka kare, ya phir pahele chest train kare ( all sets ) aur phir triceps complete kare. Please guide me. ( abhi mai alternate kar raha hoon Matlab ek set chest aur doosara triceps)....

From my experience I can say that if your body is not getting enough protein then there is no use of doing 15-20 set of exercise.
