There's no comparison between the shell and the flesh of the lobster.COST WISE.When the very early settlers came to the NEW LAND,it was reported that there were piles of dead lobsters on the sand,and initially it was thought that this is garbage food, yet through time,everything changed, now only the wealthy people can afford to enjoy this most expensive food item, and I have seen food trucks selling lobster things, guess what, THEY ARE ALL GONE,because of their unheard PRICES.
