    1. Exposure to sunlight
    2. Start with powerul subjective affirmations.
    3. Start with 3 yoga practices -
    ->Pavanmuktasana
    ->Anulom-Vilom
    ->Jal neti or nasal cleansing (with saline water.) [For respiratory system & general health.]
    4. Have Detox Drink {Warm Lemon water, amla, ginger, tyrmeric Drink}
    5. Brisk walk (fast walking) [For good heart health, good mood]

    IVE STARTED STRETCHING AND, I ABSOLUTELY RADIANT CONFIDENCE ❤❤❤! I WILL START CLEANSING MY NASAL PASSAGES, THEN I HAD 2/3 CUP OF OATMEAL WITH BROWN SUGAR, AND I ALSO DANCE FOR EXERCISE, 💃 ❤, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GETTING UP AND READY FOR EACH DAY! I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR CONTENT!!!😊

    But what about people who go early in the morning for a job.
    How to manage my morning routine..
    I leave house at 7.15 a.m and as I am in teaching profession, it's not possible to get early sunlight due to classes.
    Please guide.

      Namaste, Gently close the left nostril with your ring or little finger (or both) and inhale slowly for two seconds through the right nostril.
      2. Hold your breath for four seconds by closing your right nostril (both nostrils will be closed at this stage).
      3. Open your left nostril and exhale for two seconds.
      4. Inhale immediately from the same nostril (left) for two seconds.
      5. Hold your breath for four seconds by closing both the nostrils.
      6. Open your right nostril and exhale for two seconds.
      7. Close both your nostrils and suspend your breath for two seconds.
      8. Suspend.
      9. Repeat the entire process by opening your left nostril and begin by inhaling from the left and continue to complete one round.
