The video is really informative. But what about people who go early in the morning for a job. How to manage my morning routine.. I leave house at 7.15 a.m and as I am in teaching profession, it's not possible to get early sunlight due to classes. Please guide.
How is that even possible to do when you live in a fast paced life kids have to be in school early the way they created the system is for your body to always be stressed and never have time to walk even for 30minute.
