How stress affects me [INFP/HSP]

Hey guys :] stress has been bothering me a lot the past week. I decided to talk to you about how stress affects me. It definitely has a lot to do with holding in my feelings and caring too much about how others view me but I am working on releasing that energy in some other way. Making videos is definitely one way I aim to try. People can decide whether or not they want to watch my video and they can always cut out of it. Whereas, in real life people might only listen to be nice but overall or else they would jut walk away. I hate those self obsessed types that always talk about themselves.
