This is the 1979 LP with the second recording of The Restaurant at the End of the Universe.
Most of the radios cast are here apart from Trillian.
This version is earlier than the BBC TV series

Thank you. I have the LP's but it's lovely to hear them on line. The very very end music closing it all out really moves me. I've never been able to find a source for that music.. The LP versions are different to all others, and as far as the internet is concerned don't exist. There are some very unique music in the album versions. Occasionally they feature in my dreams in strange ways.

As a kid I used to loan the double cassette from the local library. I listened to it countless times.
It has the best readings, and the best narrator by FAR Peter Jones and the nest music.
