I’m confused as to why a stock having high volume and being over crowded is an indicator for you to avoid it
You can't predict the market just react but when a stock is crowded its shares are recycle too much and the risk management becomes very hard depending on the price action. You may be forced to look for a swing position.

I didn't get the "do not trade bio-techs" comment since in your courses there are lots of bio-techs. Can you clarify that.
You can trade them just be careful because it has a unique volume distribution that is more violent than usual.
You can profit from it but some of my A+ set ups just crap the bed on them. Normally you have to worrly about that like 10%-20% of the time. Bio tech its over 30%. So its correct to say small size only. In my account size its not worth it even it they show up a lot through out the year. The poorly managed with bleed your account in the long run and kill your confidence.
