I could be wrong but the feel of that Josh Peck video was to poke fun at reusing the Drake and Josh set for I Carly which seems likely. So he is pointing out the 'objects' of the set that would have been there if it was still the Drake and Josh set, and him having to get used to it being I Carly now.

David Henrie only being there for the check then to move on makes sense considering he was contracted to be the star of a Disney show that was cancelled before it even started. When he got a new role in some family show wanting to move on from Disney, Disney then used his old contract to stop him from going on the new show and force him to be the the co-star in wizards that was a re-skin of his canceled show but he wasn’t the star anymore. If I was him I don’t think i would have cared about the show either as a kid.

Josh Peck’s “this is where I have my- science stuff…” feels like a very direct nod to the fact that he was in Oppenheimer as one of the scientists. Which, by the way, was one of the fucking funniest casting choices ever made. I almost yelled in surprise at the theater, I wasn’t ready to see that fucker. 💀

This is more than definitely an overly-jaded and counter-productive take but at this point I really cannot be bothered to care whether or not celebrities are good people anymore. Trying to curate what content to consume based on who is or isn’t “problematic” is like walking on eggshells in a minefield. At some point I just want to listen to a song if it sounds good or watch a show because it’s entertaining. I don’t have any issue with people choosing to consume differently but personally, I’m just tired 😂

100% agree. Nobody should give a fuck if X, Y or Z is or did something "Problematic", a word that's been thrown around too loosely that its lost all meaning at this point if we're being honest. Just enjoy what you enjoy and fuck everyone else, don't let their own insecurities dictate what they deem acceptable.
