I turned to the kid and said "hey you know this is a dream right" and they said "no how would you know?" And I said "bc I can do this!" And then started flying 😂
Mine would have been around the same age and similar too. It started off as a reoccurring dream where I would run effortlessly with bigger and bigger strides then I would launch into the air. Sometimes I had to dodge the powerlines. Now I just rock backwards, float and levitate!
I think I had a lucid dream when I was pretty young, too. I woke up before I could do anything, though. Rip. I remember it all, though, even what I was wearing in the dream. The way I found out it was a dream was that I was in this big field (I lived in an apartment, so there was nothing like that anywhere close) and saw a grasshopper that was WAY too large. It looked 3D animated, too, and I thought “grasshoppers don’t look like that” and then I got closer too it but then I woke up 💀
I don't remember lucid dreaming, but I definitely had one of the most vivid dreams I've had in a very long time. And I remember almost all of it, which is supposed to be one of the first steps to lucid dreaming. I'm definitely trying this video again tonight. Thank you!

Have been doing this the past 2 days. Haven’t had a lucid dream but my dreams are very vivid, I had really cool dreams with this audio. I also remember telling myself to wake up many times I know it’s working!
Thank you so much for this video I thought the comments were gonna be negative and discouraging but this community is so positive and it has really given me more hope to lucid dream ❤️❤️❤️
First time I tried it, instantly fell asleep and became the queen of the universe! Not really. I fell asleep pretty easily, but every time she started talking again, I startled awake and had a sustained feeling of anxiety in my tiredness. Maybe the volume was too loud, idk. Did not achieve lucid dreaming, but I didn't expect it on the first try. I will try again tonight though!
@@madisonluff2202 it did not work for me, I stopped trying and gave up after a week. Every time I tried to relax, I got hyper aware of myself trying to not move, and anxiety and discomfort followed very quickly 😔. Everyone is different though, so it's probably just me.
Last night I had my first lucid experience… my dream was just so good to be true that my mind told me I was dreaming, so when I figured that out I started to fly around where I live and that’s as far as I can remember
Yoooo! This is the best! I don't lucid dream, but wake up in the spirit world!! Thanks. I do it almost every day. Puts me right to sleep every time. Great video!!!!
I nverrr even comment on a videoooo. But this happened!!!! Omggg. And, I later realised that I was in a dream inside a dream!!! Ohhh my god!!! I could literally control what I could do. I used the task given here and jumping as reality check. I'm gonna be back for my next lucid dreaming session.
I think I had a lucid dream using this with earbuds last night but I can't remember anything about it,ill try it again tonight. Update : I'm an insomniac so it's not surprise I'm having issues but I managed to lucid dream for about 2 minutes before waking up, it was amazing once I realized what what happening. Update: I've figured out how to be lucid once I've fallen asleep but dreaming is like a different layer, its like it's easy to forget once you've hit that deep sleep stage,I ended up having a nightmare unfortunately. Not gonna quit trying though. Update: i use this most nights but the one night I didn't I ended up having a lucid dream, it was kinda short but it was still 100% lucid. FINAL UPDATE: I just had the most absolute intense lucid dream of my life, I can't even begin to describe it
I have gotten very good dreams from listening to this, but occasionally I get sleep paralysis while falling asleep which feels super crazy, other than that I love it lol
Only one that works for me...love it, thankyou! I do a short hemi-synch theta, followed by a shortish other lucid dream video that ends on this one in my playlist and it shocked me the 1st time ...as she said the number 1 i literally shifted so fast i cud even think to myself "wow is this real!!?" but remembered to calm down and it was defo real...i was even disturbed annoyingly by my dog but really surprised as soon as i closed my eyes again i shifted again ...shorter but nonetheless it happened. Worth persevering with this one if any of u guys havent had any obe or lucid dream yet from it...maybe add a short hemi-synch theta before it 🤘🏻🙏💞
I’ve known a lot of reality checks I’ve been lucid dreaming since 7 lol I’m 29 now but this check was the first time I’ve ever did it within the same night and became lucid my first try!!! I even dreamt I was telling my mrs about my lucid dream the same night 🤦🏻🤷🏻😂
I hate myself in dreams. Because whenever I get a lucid one, instead of thinking "Oh wow I've been wanting one of these" I think "Oh I don't know, let's just follow the storyline" but the storyline is just "you have anxiety in competitive monkey trampolining"
I just gain a second of lucidity and for some reason I can't keep the stability, I usually feel exhausted and wayy to tired to use my energy to lucid dream, so It goes something like "omg my hand is weird, I'm in a dream" to "oh yeah, house suddenly shifted to a nuclear management lab, makes sense" in less than 5 seconds
Super trippy... like a bad trip. 24 mins in I woke up after she did the countdown. I heard it in my sleep in my dream. Walked to my bed in my dream and laid next to my significant other when she got to 1. And instantly started panicking. I ACTUALLY did the hand thing to see if I was dreaming.. it was tippy. And then I couldn't move and was like suffocating & trying to scream for help to my SO... before I finally woke up. Maybe next time will be... less scary and panicky....
One time I had a dream and halfway thru I realized while on a playground that I was dreaming so I turned to Tom Holland and went “oh my gosh I’m in a dream” and he looked genuinely terrified and went pale and I said “don’t worry I just want a hug” and he sighed and went “phew ok cause some girls want way more u feel?” And I was like “yikes bro” and he shrugged and gave me a hug I think about that a lot. Hope dream Tom is doin okay
I've tried lots of other similar videos yet find this one to be my favorite. I honestly didn't expect anything different while it being the first time. And I didn't have any lucid dreams but I do recall having at least three separate dreams that involved so much detail & were so different than anything I've ever dreamt about before. It really seemed like the dreams were of me reliving past lives or something. I even had a Life Review in one of them. I'm going to continue using this particular video for awhile and see what happens.
Omg..tysm for this its litreally the best lucid dreaming meditation ever like after 15-20 minutes i felt like i was floating but sadly i woke up cuz my ears were paining because of the headphones but really i was gonna lucid dream Also ill use it at night and will update :) (Sorry guys if i said anything wrong im using translator
I listened to this for the first time last night. It was working really well until I started to fall asleep…..it was during one of the spaces between words. Then when you started talking again it scared me awake 😂 I’m going to give it another try tonight!! 😊
The rules of your dreams are what you want them to be. Here’s several things I like to do: In real life, if you press your finger gently into a wall, your subconscious will believe that it is a similar material to Saran Wrap. If you then attempt this in a dream, (slowly of course) you can force the wall to bend and tear open with your fingers to let you pass through. This method takes approximately ten seconds and can be tedious. If you’re advanced, you can pass right through solid objects and walls by simply choosing to pass into them while holding onto the feeling of not having collided with anything. It is technically easier to fall backwards through walls though because it requires no mental preparation or focus. Be aware that running through walls will often transport you to the “back rooms”. Such an ability is a fun one to have, despite the risks. If you’ve never seriously gotten hurt from a fall, you can jump off of most buildings or balconies without getting hurt by believing you will remain in the same state as you are, but the adrenaline could wake you up if you are focused on the consequences. The highest I’ve jumped from is approximately a dozen stories with no injuries. If you are not quite to the end of your dream, you can wish any desire into existence just by speaking it. This ability and any creations from it wear off the closer you are to the end of your dream. I should warn you lucid dreamers though. The more your body desires to be awake, the more likely fear will trigger in your dream. You would normally wake up from encountering a scare, but alternatively you can fight it and win to wake up. Although lucid dreams are guaranteed to happen when you have slept your full cycle, I do not recommend attempting to sleep for more than 12 hours total. There are Eldritch horrors locked deep within our subconscious. If you’re more curious, keep reading. Normally your subconscious will show you something that makes you uncomfortable, and you will feel fear, whether or not it is scary. I’ve seen something as simple as an RC car drive up the basement stairs to come and attack me, and felt fear from it. Obviously this wasn’t scary at all, so I knew that fear was being artificially injected into scenes and was not concerned with it. Having conquered fear of nightmares, I dispatched anything that would threaten me and slept as much as I wanted. There are however, three monsters that I haven’t forgotten since encountering them. Note that these are different from spirits/shadow people that can appear and wander a room your in, while making you uncomfortable with their abnormal animation. The first was a Xenomorph that was standing in the dark, immediately behind my bathroom door when I opened it. I grappled it into submission and conquered it, but it stands out because of how upfront the encounter was. The second encounter, I was in a decaying waterlogged building, on the basement floor. I could hear a slimy mass dragging itself around and quietly weeping like a woman. I hid in a bathroom stall to evaluate my chances of evasion, and decided to disengage from the dream. I’m assuming it was something known as the Mother of Pus, but I never laid eyes on it. I had to look it up because it doesn’t have the form of anything I’ve seen. The third encounter was with an entity that is beyond my understanding. There was no setup to the visit, I was just in a black void, basking in its malicious presence. The being was close to four meters tall. It manifested itself as a black figure, but its aura concealed most details. Its aura overwhelmed me, to the point that fear was all I knew, and my sanity briefly parted from me. It appeared before me, because I played God in my dreams, and believed nothing could stop me. The entity did not move at all, but it imparted absolute malice onto me. I’ve never felt malice like that, from anything I’ve ever encountered, in neither dream nor reality. It did not want to harm, hurt, nor kill me. It wanted to destroy my soul entirely. I was subjected to it for at least five seconds, before waking up. Since then I have not attempted to sleep more than twelve hours. In dreams, you are connected to all life, and understand the intentions of beings around you. This is what made that encounter unbearable. They say that fear is ancient wisdom, so it’s entirely possible someone could have the same experience as I did, if they underestimate dreams.

Your meditation always work very well for me and recently I've been struggling with these visions and flashbacks of the trauma. Lucid dreamed first time i listened. Looked at my hand, whicg had two thumbs and five fingers, then thought, yeah, in a dream. I jumped down from a great height knowing id be ok. I tried to fly up but couldnt. Then i tried to convince a dream character we were in a dream. He was having none of it haha.

i had my first lucid dream a few months ago, totally unintentionally after years of trying to have one, so i felt a bit that it only came when i was not expecting it ! but it was fun, i was in a bus and suddenly realised i had free will so i stood up on my seat and started dancing lmao, best part is no one could look at me and be judgemental ! still a bit disappointed cuz it didn't come to my mind that i could have used up that lucidity to try flying instead !!

I had a OBE when I was 8. I said good night to o my older sister & went to bed. Suddenly, I got up and sat on the bed. It was dark, but I could see just fine. I felt so light. I looked behind and saw myself sleeping. Without thinking I got off the bed & I went back to tell my sister what was happening. She was still reading on her bed ( the same way she was when I left ). I started talking to her, but she wouldn’t even look at me. I thought that was odd. Then our older brother arrived, and open the door. The door was metal and scratched the floor. It was a loud sound. All the sudden I felt like a vacuum was pulling me back. I woke up scared. More than fast 💨 I got up and “again” I went to tell my sister. I saw my brother locking the door and walking to the bathroom. My Mom heard me getting up and got mad and “kicked” me back to bed. Next day, I “forgot” all about it and never told anyone at that time. However, I never forgot it. It’s clear in my mind like it happened yesterday. I had other episodes of leaving my body, but none conclusive like this one.

I wish I could write the whole story but I gtg to sleep. Have a blissful sleep and dream peacefully, not like myself 🤷♂️

I actually was in a beautiful futuristic bumblebee hive♡ I kept saying to all the friends I had in my dream to please get me out I can't wake up.. they said they couldn't because of a lucid dream.. until my mother woke me from her needing to use the nearest bathroom (aka my bathroom nearest from the living room) i was so happy but also sad I didn't get to say bye to my friends :( safe dreams everyone!
In my dream, I realized I was dreaming and tested it by trying to touch my three fingers into the palm of my other hand. The lucid dream hypothesis lady said they would go through each other but mine were solid and I rubbed them together. Panic set in about not waking up which jolted me awake

I HAD A LUCID DREAM AT MY FIRST TRY WITH THIS VIDEO 😭💖 thank you so much
Yoooo! This is the best! I don't lucid dream, but wake up in the spirit world!! Thanks. I do it almost every day. Puts me right to sleep every time. Great video!!!!
I’ve listened to this channel’s hypnosis videos twice and each time (so far) I have awoken with a incredibly vidvid dream
It worked the first time but I woke up half way through the session cause nature called..I'm trying again tonight..this is SOOOOO COOOL
FINAL UPDATE: I just had the most absolute intense lucid dream of my life, I can't even begin to describe it
Havent had a lucid dream yet but certainly have been dreaming and remembering my dreams more. Hands down my favorite two videos on UA-cam.
I have gotten very good dreams from listening to this, but occasionally I get sleep paralysis while falling asleep which feels super crazy, other than that I love it lol
Wait till you get "real" sleep paralysis buddy☺you're gonna wish you can be awake forever😔🙏
Sleep paralysis is a gateway for both Lucid dreaming and astral projection. Just stay calm and aware and move forward with intent
This was soo good!! I was definitely locked in hypnosis. I couldn’t lucid dream all the way but I’m sure the more I watch this the better the chances.
Worth persevering with this one if any of u guys havent had any obe or lucid dream yet from it...maybe add a short hemi-synch theta before it 🤘🏻🙏💞
My heart almost jumped out my chest u scared me that much as soon as u started talking
These things are magic,
I have a lucid dream every time I listen
Do you use headphones
I didn't lucid dream, or at least i dont remember my dream, but i had the best nights sleep i have had for a long time so thank you
I didn't have a lucid dream but I had a dream that I could get under my control. Thanks for the video
And when I was explain my lucid dream within my dream it triggerd a second lucid dream. 😂
Lucid dreaming is about realising your dreaming and in control, not following a storyline but writing the story
This is dope! Thank you !
( If you have any hate keep it to yourself )
Super trippy... like a bad trip. 24 mins in I woke up after she did the countdown. I heard it in my sleep in my dream. Walked to my bed in my dream and laid next to my significant other when she got to 1. And instantly started panicking. I ACTUALLY did the hand thing to see if I was dreaming.. it was tippy. And then I couldn't move and was like suffocating & trying to scream for help to my SO... before I finally woke up. Maybe next time will be... less scary and panicky....
Ive had that happen before, its the scariest thing ever
I listen to this every night and it never gets old. Always knocks me out in 10 minutes, this is wonderful
Keep making more i love these types of sleep meditations ❤❤
Thanks for your appreciation, Yoissef. There will definitely be more sleep videos in the future. 😊🙏✨
OMG!!!! THIS FRIGGING WORKS! IT SCARED THE CRAP OUT ME BUT WAS AWESOME TOO
One time I had a dream and halfway thru I realized while on a playground that I was dreaming so I turned to Tom Holland and went “oh my gosh I’m in a dream” and he looked genuinely terrified and went pale and I said “don’t worry I just want a hug” and he sighed and went “phew ok cause some girls want way more u feel?” And I was like “yikes bro” and he shrugged and gave me a hug
I think about that a lot. Hope dream Tom is doin okay
I love this so much! I have yet to lucid dream but my dreams are very vivid I love it! Thank you for this content it helps when I can’t sleep!
5:09 if you’re coming back to the vid
Ily
Goat
Thanks bro
This guided meditation is very potent I lucid everytime I listen to this
Very happy to hear that, Aden! Thank you for sharing! Much Love! 😊🙏✨
You’re very much welcome 😌
I've tried lots of other similar videos yet find this one to be my favorite. I honestly didn't expect anything different while it being the first time. And I didn't have any lucid dreams but I do recall having at least three separate dreams that involved so much detail & were so different than anything I've ever dreamt about before. It really seemed like the dreams were of me reliving past lives or something. I even had a Life Review in one of them. I'm going to continue using this particular video for awhile and see what happens.
Omg..tysm for this its litreally the best lucid dreaming meditation ever like after 15-20 minutes i felt like i was floating but sadly i woke up cuz my ears were paining because of the headphones but really i was gonna lucid dream
Also ill use it at night and will update :)
(Sorry guys if i said anything wrong im using translator
This was so relaxing! I could feel my body falling asleep, something that I have never experienced before. I’m definitely trying this again ❤️❤️
wow, can you tell me how to sleep too?
I listened to this for the first time last night. It was working really well until I started to fall asleep…..it was during one of the spaces between words. Then when you started talking again it scared me awake 😂
I’m going to give it another try tonight!! 😊
The rules of your dreams are what you want them to be. Here’s several things I like to do:
In real life, if you press your finger gently into a wall, your subconscious will believe that it is a similar material to Saran Wrap.
Hey, I love your meditations. I was wondering if you could make a guided one for healing severe trauma? Your meditation always work very well for me and recently I've been struggling with these visions and flashbacks of the trauma. I've checked out some of your healing frequencies but my mind tends to wander into dark places. Thank you so much for everything you do. You've really helped me so much. May you be blessed with good health and safety
hi thats actually called ptsd and wont be fixed with hypnosis you can however go to a therapist and if its super bad get perscribed medication i myslef am on meds but regardless a therapist is always good even if you dont have ptsd
@@lilianaguerra547 yeah I'm doing EMDR for it they won't prescribe me any more medications so I really have nothing besides this
I’m so excited. U have no idea how happy it makes me when u put out sleep videos!!!
Hi usmc! It's always nice to read your comments. I'm very glad you enjoy our sleep videos. Much Love 😊🙏✨
@@LightsofVenus that voice. Can’t be beat. And I even adjusted for ppl that can’t make their spine straight. I can but I chose not to. I noticed other ppl complain about that part. Good listening skills. It was a great sleep video. Ur space one is still untouchable tho but I like variation so I will be using all ur videos that apply to me. I always try to breathe in and out with the timing that she says it, idk if my lungs got smaller or if she put more time in between this time. Also the space video has a sound that is very easy to follow ur breathes to. Tbh I fell asleep pretty quick last night so I didn’t listen to much while I was still awake so I will use it again tonight. Thanks for responding. It’s very validating. Sending good wishes over to u from New Hampshire!!
@@LightsofVenus I’m gonna give u a list of ur videos that have the best sounds in my opinion. Maybe it can be some food for thought. Seems like ur most views are from the space sounding lucid dreaming one. U have some other videos that tap into that similar feeling but using diff sounds. When I get home tonight I will leave u a comment on all the ones that are my fav. So whenever u do ur next one u can have some more ideas. It’s very nice that u remembered me. U know I support this channel 100%. Ur my number 1 favorite.
@@usmc72409 I'm thankful for you, usmc. Your input and your kind words are very much appreciated. Wishing you all the best! 😊🙏✨
Funny I got a like on this comment the same night I happened to use this exact video again.
first time i listen like this, and it relaxes me. Thank you. Love it ❤❤❤
Haven't had any lucid dream .... But as I'm a insomniac this really helps me sleep soo .... Soo i think it's good!!
I didnt had a lucid dream yet, but I had a dream where I was doing the reality check and became aware of my dream so I think this is going somewhere
BRO it worked for me! I’m always super hesitant of these videos cuz it never works and idk if it was this video or if my body was just finally ready to do it, but I finally had a lucid dream and it was fun. Short from what I remember, but fun nonetheless. I flew around and that was rly cool
This is the only one that worked. I was aware I was dreaming
It worked. Almost freaked out when i heard your voice from inside my dream 😂
You have such a beautiful voice, thank you for making such a calming hypnosis video 🙏🌟
It didn’t work for me the first time but I will keep trying and also, I LOVE YOUR VOICE!!!! It’s so relaxing!
Same but the dreams are so vivid! I'm definitely going to write as much as I can into my lucid dream diary! (Thank goodness I'm not the only gacha fan here :) )
Brain: ( okay, this is the night where we finally lucid dre-- )
Me, 5 minutes in: zzzZzz
Somehow I had my first obe, I literally went to roll over onto my side, and fell out of my bed, looked down and I was there sleeping tried floating, freaked out and woke myself up.
Much love and gratitude 🥰🥰🥰🙏
I had a dream last night that I held a can of green beans hostage lmao
Wtf 😂😂😂😂
Excited to try this
Lucid dreamed first time i listened. Looked at my hand, whicg had two thumbs and five fingers, then thought, yeah, in a dream. I jumped down from a great height knowing id be ok. I tried to fly up but couldnt. Then i tried to convince a dream character we were in a dream. He was having none of it haha.
Wow, Tnx so much. Like some alien form or something tried talking to me, wat they were saying I do not know. Then kept flying round the flat. Even went flying in my sons room caught him up this time 1.30 nearly in morning, he has school tomoz. Got me out of my lucid. So amazing to lucid. Tnx so much
Alright, nice and comfy, let’s do this
❤ this one does something weird every time! The thing is every time I wake back up I forget everything but feel so strange! 😂 il keep trying.. thanks guys
i had my first lucid dream a few months ago, totally unintentionally after years of trying to have one, so i felt a bit that it only came when i was not expecting it ! but it was fun, i was in a bus and suddenly realised i had free will so i stood up on my seat and started dancing lmao, best part is no one could look at me and be judgemental ! still a bit disappointed cuz it didn't come to my mind that i could have used up that lucidity to try flying instead !!
I can feel the sensations and get all sleepy but as soon as I get to the countdowns I get itchy and can’t fall asleep, trying again tmrw
when it comes to reality check, i closed my eyes AND LATER WHEN I OPEN MY EYES I GOT CONFUSED LIKE AM I DREAMING OR NO AND IM SCARED SO I WOKE UP MY MOM 😭
I woke up in the middle of this absolutely terrified and feeling as though I had just been in a super dark and scary place. Usually I love her videos but this one was strange
While this does help me fall asleep, after about 8 attempts, 5 have brought about some of the scariest, heinous, most displeasing dreams of my life.
I’ve been trying for years and I’m still trying lol wish me luck.
Weirdest semi lucid dream, I was in the world of elden ring, but all the enemies were SCPs.
I’m trying to get back into lucid dreaming, I had a dream but not a lucid one so far, im gonna try every day and I’ll edit as time goes on. Day 1. I did not have a dream at all but I did sleep like a rock. XD
Ok it really worked, I was dancing ballet with my grandpa ( wtf) but I got kinda paralized in one point so it got a little scary. :D I try it again today
Trying this tonight I'll reply with the results !
I had a lucid dream I was in a world that was being destroyed and I had powers. I saw giant golem and i was controlling it and threw it up in the sky using telekinesis.
That's bad ass. You should write a novel based on that. I would love to hear more.
I never lucid dream with this it just helps me sleep
First time I experienced a Lucid dream, I was at war with a army alone in a country I’ve never been to. But me and 23 others from my neighborhood got kidnapped after being shot by tranquilizers from a distance.
The rest was just some real Pubg and gta shit. I wish I could write the whole story but I gtg to sleep. Have a blissful sleep and dream peacefully, not like myself 🤷♂️
So cool!
One time I legit lucid dreamed... honestly to Google it says trying to get out of lucid dreaming can get very scary inside the dream but..
I have a hard time falling asleep but I was in a out of this world experience
What a great track!
In my dream, I realized I was dreaming and tested it by trying to touch my three fingers into the palm of my other hand. The lucid dream hypothesis lady said they would go through each other but mine were solid and I rubbed them together. Panic set in about not waking up which jolted me awake
I haven't had a lucid dream from this yet, but it really helps me sleep.
Didn’t lucid dream but I had the best sleep ever, put me to sleep in like 20 minutes
I confirm this actually works
Love your voice and accent.. great echo effects.. Just need to do an astral travel one.. very similar trick mind awake and body asleep and float away
Thank you for the compliments, Bloke 28. Much appreciated. We do have some videos for astral projection but your suggestion is very interesting. Thank you.✨😊✨
I’m gonna try this because I’ve suddenly been getting nightmares every single night for the past 5 days and it’s supper random
Lucid dreaming helps with frequent nightmares! Keep practicing. You will be able to change what happens. 🕊
VR headset?! No baby ..Lucid dreaming :))
Yeah who needs META!?
Wow this is a great meditation, plz make a part 4 to this sereis
felt myself floating in my kitchen table so that right there made me conscious in my dream so i floated to the backyard and used the attack on titan survey corps swords to move around fast then i went and explored my city went inside a random apartment building and went to the roof opened the door and saw a little girl watching tv in the dark
