    IMO the Korth is the standout, especially with the optional fitted 9mm cylinder. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for.

      I agree. I am not a 9mm revolver guy myself but the build quality is above the rest. You do get what you pay for. Thank for watching

    Cool video brother! I’m new to the game, but I really like revolvers. I like seeing all the comparing and contrasting! I have an anaconda and buying a blued python. I love the look and that the barrel is 1 piece. They just look great, and are super smooth! Buy once cry once… maybe a Korth someday!

    That 4" 586 is just gorgeous! Especially because its a round butt frame.

    Really enjoy your revolver videos, IMO the best on UA-cam. I have an early 1980's Python 6-inch Nickel Electroless (Coltguard) I got greedy, and had an action job done on it, by a great Colt gunsmith that lived near me at the time. I occasionally get light primer strikes with certain ammo, because the trigger is so light. Not a big deal, because it's just a range gun. Does the Python have the best trigger pull out of box, of the revolvers in the video?

      @TerryBenton  2 місяці тому +1

      Yes without question it does. Light primer strikes is not that big if deal for a range gun. It can be tightened up a little. But if it just a range gun, who cares. Thank you for watching

    I love your videos on the old smiths. I feel like the videos with New-Gen smith revolvers are very deceptive in terms that most reviewers are not usually revolver guys. They have no idea just how much better the old smiths are in quality and just fine craftsmanship. Shame that the only exceptionally built revolvers are the European ones

    • @TerryBenton
      @TerryBenton  2 місяці тому

      This is true. The new Colts are not bad. Head and shoulders over the new smiths

      @@TerryBenton My private FFL showed me his 1979 blued python. i couldnt believe how leaps and bounds better the Single action was compared to the new gen pythons. but i also understand where ppl come from saying the Double action is smoother on the new pythons. but for what the python was built for which was target shooting, i would take the single action on the old ones any day.

      @TerryBenton I think the 686 and colt python are better and they look better. That's just too much for me for a revolver or any gun really.

    • @TerryBenton
      @TerryBenton  2 місяці тому +1

      @justusbryant7366 I completely understand. It is alot of money and I explain this in many of my videos. I ha e 1911s that cost as much as this revolver. Are they any better? This is subjective. The build qualitybis better. Any firearm is only as good as the person behind the trigger. This is anhobby for me. I do not post videos to brag about what I ha e or to say one thing is better than another. I just like to expose people to different types of firearms. I show forearms that cost $200 and ones that cost $5k. I like them all and have appreciation for all of them. I am sorry for being repetitive at times but since I am doing this for a hobby and to educate people whenever someone request a video and I have the ability to do it I will. I will ask you this, what would you like to see next. If I can do it I will surely do it. Let me know
