Nice video. The slightly longer chambered free bore throat in the 556 upper is what makes the higher pressure compared to a rifle chambered in 223 the longer throat allows extra time for a slight pressure build up, about 7 to 10, 000 psi before the bullet exits the lands. About a 1/2 to 1 grain of powder difference. Multi on the lower does not make sense to me the barrel stamp shows either 223, 556 or 223 wild(which can safely shoot either 223 or 556). The volume of the 223 and 556 case is the same depending on the manufacturer. The powder charge has nothing to do with it, some 223 and 556 rounds are over charged from the recommended reloading book charges by 1 to 2.5 more grains of powder.
