I need to up my game to that level. Is a lot easier watching someone else do it. I also advise my customers to be careful with placing things on the floor in the back as I have seen shopping bags and someone else had a sleeping bag that could have rolled onto the vent grill blocking it completely. At least the onboard system has a built in warning that you are overheating the hybrid battery but why risk damage.
