    I don’t blame Tara for thinking her team is against her. They considered putting her up for elimination behind her back.

      It's a competition. EVERYONE schemes behind each other's backs. The mature ones shake it off and move on.
      She's crying and cussing because she didn't get to take part in a reward for a challenge she had no part in winning. She sat out because she messed up her dish. Alex had the ability to switch places with someone, he chose her. Tough. Should one of her teammates who DIDN'T sit out have taken the punishment? No!
      She acted like a baby. There's a reason she didn't get much further after this. That behavior was unacceptable for a professional chef.

      In a competition where you're living in a dorm setting away from your family and friends, I can assure you - the _reward_ is to get away from HK and have some sense of normalcy, albeit short-lived, especially to get your second wind to continue on. The Punishment Pass (strategically speaking) needs to be used at some point - that was as good a time as any.

It has a great winner, a runner up who I personally think is the best runner up in the history, a third placer who always gets a point in challenges. A black jacket who is perhaps one of the best leaders, and another black jacket who was only in the industry for 6 months but dominated the challenges and dinner services. The Reason Alex picked Tara is because Alejandro used his punishment pass specifically against Sommer because he thought Sommer was one of the weakest chefs in the competition, so he wanted to try and provoke her to crash and burn. and seeing how the punishment went. he didn't want to use it on a 20 something because they didn't want for them to take it the same way. I understand people dont like Tara's whining cause its a competition, and I understand sympathizing with Tara feeling left out as the last 40 female chef from the original group. Granted, I'm proud of her for still fighting this long, even with her head injury she spoke about happening before competition started. Recently saw her cameo in season 23, glad to see her in great spirits.

    i used to think manifesting was all about repeating affirmations and hoping for the best. i tried it for months and…nothing. i was so frustrated. then i heard about this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and how it breaks down the science and energy behind manifestation. it’s like it flipped a switch in my brain. once i started applying what i learned, things started falling into place like never before. worth checking out if you’re serious about manifesting.

    I really feel for Tara, like while being bad at Alex was out of line, the 20 something’s are literally one of my most dislikable HK teams of all time. Like not like season 16 blue team bad, but they were so cliquish to Tara, Mindy, and Nicole, they talked so much smack about the 40 something’s, and never got called out for it by fans.
    Note: this is no shade to Alejandro, Sakari, and Vlad, I liked them a lot

    • @tallyikroe2476
      @tallyikroe2476 17 днів тому

      No. They weren't
      Nicole got blindsighred by Alyssa and no one really took Alyssa seriously. Plus she would have gone home anyways due to them being the worst chef talent wise that season
      Mindy is too much of a gray area to judge because how they got in the elimination was more of a judgement call against your friend type scenario
      Tara was the only one that was consistently good and was getting thrown in there. But it's because everyone else on that team was better then her minus illeana
