@@leonardoferrari4852 don't know about the sandwich, but I was surprised that he recommends using oil while boiling the pasta to stop it from sticking together, while that has never made sense to me (oil and water don't blend), has never worked, nor do I understand why he, with all his experience, has not noticed that that simply doesn't work...
Fyi, if you do not want your pasta to stick together, keep on moving and stirring the pasta in the boiling water, so the starch won't stick.

The pizza in America couldn’t be further from the real thing you get in Italy. There are very few places in the UK where you can get authentic pizza. But you can guarantee Gordon has eaten all over Italy

Gordon knows that it isn't the server's fault. Hell, he isn't all that mean to the owners, when you get down to it. He doesn't sugar coat the truth. These places serve food that is truly awful. All from canned, premade/frozen, and over cooked.
Personally, I'd love to have Gordon Ramsey critique my cooking because I bet I'd learn a hell of a lot. I can at least say my cooking is better than these places; though, I'm not going to be winning any prizes.

Yeah especially to the ones who are honest and upfront with him. I think there was one waiter who apologized for the food and Gordon said something like "Not your fault", it's kind of nice to see that he acknowledges that the waiters have nothing to do in the process of cooking, it would be pretty easy for most people to blame them, they're the face of the food in some way lol. But watching him save all the fury for the chef and putting a smile for the staff is awesome.

I think the reason behind it is because they don't believe nothing is wrong with the food but instead something else. But as soon as they find out the reason behind the failures (usually food and the state it is kept in), they get awfully defensive and start insulting

Big Macs really aren't that bad for you when you break down the nutrition. The macro nutrient ratios aren't too bad, a bit too much fat, but they also have a decent amount of protein and a very moderate amount of carbs. Good amount of fiber, the only really bad part is the amount of sodium.
Drinking a large sugary soda, on the other hand, is absolutely HORRIBLE for your body. It's 100 grams of pure sugar, the stresses it puts your body through is seriously bad, and over 95% of it instantly turns into body fat, but only after wreaking havoc through your entire system.

I'm pretty sure they're frozen too. If anything I'll go to the restaurant next to it that sells actual burgers. Although Big Macs are good af to me, I'm pretty sure I gain like 20 pounds everytime I eat one. And that isn't really likely since I usually get something else.
