They all might have been illegal aliens who didn’t want to get caught.
People are much less likely to intervene than most would assume, and hope. The bystander effect is a real thing, for example. People will tell themselves that they're overthinking it, or that it's someone else's problem, or they don't feel like it's their place to get involved in any way.
I've been up that road. Extremely rural and homes are far apart.

I agree, trailer houses have very thin walls, how could no one hear anything or notice that those 2 are missing, especially a child.
I can't see someone just "snapping" - murdering a family and kidnapping the daughter to abuse over a period of time. Obviously I could be completely off but I wonder if he got with Sandra BECAUSE she had a daughter, as awful as that sounds. You hear of a lot of predators getting with single mothers because it gives them easy access to children 🤬
As a survivor of one of those degenerates, I completely agree with you. It's highly likely. Something else like that had to have been going on; it doesn't make sense just to snap. Maybe the mother found out. Who knows?!
Yeah that's not something that happens. Snapping and killing everyone, maybe. But not kidnapping and shit, that's something with a clear motive of a sick person, not a crime of passion. There's a big difference, you'd have to of thought about that beforehand

The truck driver is amazing as well! She is strong, stronger than I can even being to imagine, but if no one found her. Her fate could’ve been worse. So if you see something SAY SOMETHING!

This case reminds me of Jamie Closs a few years ago. I cannot imagine the bravery of these girls. To attempt an escape, knowing that if they got caught things would probably get even worse for them.... I hope I never have to know the courage and sheer determination it takes to do that.

@@marbleherogaming735 bruh I could name at least 10 ways, but that’s barely a fraction of the number of ways to kill quietly. Many murderers of family or their parents drug them before to avoid any fighting back so that’s also a factor. Strangling. The victim didn’t see it coming. They were quiet by being muffled with fabric or stuffed mouthed (one of my biggest fears)

I remember this case. It was absolutely insane. My coworker at the time was working at the hospital when she came in. The entire staff that day was heartbroken at her state.

I remember when this came on the news. I think he dated the mom solely to do this in the end. My heart breaks for this family. I pray she can overcome all this and still have a normal life.

He committed the crime most likely because he was already molesting the little girl and the mom found out about it. He was probably doing this sort of thing in his country of origin. Thousands of criminals are apprehended every year trying to enter the US, of course this does not account for the amount that are not apprehended which might be double that. I don’t care if you come here from Russia, Germany, England, Mexico: you need to come here legally so that you can be vetted for any criminal background.

@Alexander Nottingham it honestly happens all of the time. Mothers letting their boyfriends move in to freely abuse the children. I highly doubt this was the first time he’s harmed one of them.

It always digusts me when this happens, and it seems like it happens in a lot of cases where a man ends the life of his wife or girlfriend. It's like "Oh, my wife pissed me off, so I'll just take care of her and start having my way with her child daughter." It's really fucked up. What would drive somebody to that?

This is one of those cases that cause many to instantly call for the death penalty, but if you think about it, a lifetime behind bars probably is worse. Just my thoughts :)

No... people acclimate to prison life when it's life... when you have a certain date for death and are on death row you lose your mind eventually. That and then ultimately being off'd by the state is far worse than life in prison. Also the average time on death row is over 25 years... even if the sentence is commuted the mental damage is done and inmates either lose their mind permanently afterwards or do surprisingly well in prison afterwards... that seems like a far worse punishment than life without parole.
I'm sure we're all thinking "what a monster." That poor little baby." I hope the inmates show him lots of love.🤦🏻♀️💔🤷♀️

I remember this case and it still breaks me. That man was the spawn of the devil.. The evil it takes to do what he did period but to the kids is just beyond belief.. He didn't snap, he planned all of it.. That poor baby girl.. How on earth could nobody know what was going on? I do not believe it at all!! If I recall, she was 11yrs old but I'm not 100% but she was NOT a teenager.. I saw the pictures of her and and it's so unspeakable.. Thank you for covering this... I remember this story… I am from Alabama myself and I hope the inmates are putting him into hell and back. I hope the girl is doing allot better definitely losing her mother and brother over a horrible horrible man.
He won't live to see the trial. Child killers get extra special treatment in prison.
The reason for what he did is clear. The daughter was the target. He snuffed out anyone who would have helped her and then forced himself on her. This is the reason I wish I had more biblical beliefs. I really want to think that there is a special place in hell, reserved for these selfish, pathetic...I’d say “animals” but that’s an affront to animals.

How did he land his job? Seems like employers are part of the problem hiring non US citizens. Politicians are always talking about tightening up the border but nothing about employers seeking illegal immigrants
We need tightening of the boarder and cracking down om corporations that hire illegals under the table. Fix the issue of corporations hiring them and the biarder issue should be easier to fix as there is less incentive to illegally cross.... maybe the government should create a new department that could check the employment records or surprise inspections of employees working and any corporations hiring illegals would get a harsh fine per worker, immediate inspection of all employment records and employees, and then put on a list of corporations that have to have weekly or monthly surprise inspections for an allotted amount of time. Altho they could pass on the cost of the fines to the consumer of their products maybe to stop that the hiring ranking employees (ie. CEO, president, vice president, CFO, high level managers) would be issued the fines or have it docked off their gross yearly pay/stock options/etc, so they'd actually have a reason to fear failing inspections. Just a thought.
I know tons of construction jobs in my area that pay you by the day and don't require a ton of documentation. Some of my siblings used to take jobs like that to make money when they didn't have enough for rent.

I personally think life in person is worser then the death penalty. I say the death penalty is a lighter sentence because. That gives the criminal a easy way out they aren’t really being punished. They get to do thes crazy things and then just die the victims don’t get really any justice. While life in prison the criminal has to suffer more. They basically have to life the same day over and over. Knowing they’ll never see another day of being free. Just sitting there doing boring stuff till the day they die.

For all of the people calling for "prison justice", I suggest you do more research. True there are "rules" and "codes of conduct". However there are also communities and hierarchies. A lot depends on how savvy you are in a situation, skills or knowledge, which cell block you are in, which prison, the demographics of the prison, prison protocols, segregation etc.... Hell even your age or linguistic skils can change things. It is not as simple as "people who hurt kids" get murdered in prison.

There's not been any kind of substantial updates over this...it's one of those cases that our reputation of backwoods justice deserves a nod to...especially after what was seen in that trailer...what was done to that little boy, their mother & EVERYTHING he did to her...an eye for eye ...some things need no trial...but that's not how it works in this HELL we call the world...if it did, we wouldn't have the horrors we have.🤷♀️

This is why single parents should STAY single until their children are grown. So many wolves in sheep's clothing, trying to get with the parent to ultimately get to the children. I feel terrible for this family. She most likely had her family's best interest at heart and didn't see this coming. It's a cautionary reminder to us all though, to watch out when it comes to bringing folks around your children.
That’s an unfair statement- so many single parents find a great step parent to help raise their children and enrich both the parent and child’s lives- so because I’m not with my kids dad I should be miserable and alone? You obviously have never been in that situation- discretion is key but being a single parent doesn’t mean you have to remain lonely - 2 of my “grandparents” are steps my fathers step father that his mother married and his step mother that his father married- all before I was born and they are family just the same and have been an asset to mine and my siblings lives - being a single parent doesn’t mean be alone til your kids are grown sorry it just doesn’t

But guys… he was a dreamer. We need to let everyone come into the US because we were all immigrants at one time. I mean it’s not like there’s a right way for people to get into the US. It’s not right to background check people or vet them in any way. If they had a criminal past it’s just that… the past. This poor man.
Realistically, I hope they fry this piece of garbage. If we stop illegals and enforce people coming in the right way we can minimize these things. It will never stop them just like taking guns from good people doesn’t stop the criminals from having them but background checks will prevent some things from happening.
