OK can I use anything other than sour cream
This sounds delicious, but I wish you would show close ups of your cooking and the stroganoff after it’s plated. It’s a lil hard to see at a distance.
Can you add normal pasta instead of egg noodles?

Do you think I could substitute yogurt in place of the sour cream as my husband won't eat sour cream
Yes that would work great.

I have tried that before he can taste it even when I hide it says the sour taste is too strong that's why I asked about the yogurt he will eat that.
How many pounds is two cups of beef???
That's an ok recipe but so many minor things would greatly improve it.
Can you put everything in the crockpot together? Go ahead and put your maid. Your noodles put everything in the crowd pot and cook it slowly with that would do just the same.
That’s at least 5 cups of stew meat. 2 cups 😂
I hate to say it, but that meet was far from browned. You overcrowded the pan and what you ended up with is a boiled beef. Far less appetizing.
