I've watched your videos numerous times. They're all great! I also love hearing how, being an immigrant, how grateful you are for the opportunity to live in this great country. Many citizens that were born here take it for granted and don't realize how fortunate they are. Thank you.
Robert I don't often comment on your UA-cam videos because we watch on Roku, usually leave the comments on Instagram. However I'm rewatching this one from iami to NY. I like it so much I picked up my phone just to leave a comment and let you know how great it is. You do such a great job telling the history of the places I feel like I'm on a tour. I know you put a lot of thought and work into them. All of yours are fantastic, really enjoyed the recent Scandinavian trip. As well as the American west. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy them all. Thank you for all of them. We're fulltimers, maybe we'll run to each other on the road.
I've been along the East coast and truly enjoyed your video hitting areas I've never visit. Great job. I have seen and truly enjoyed all your videos i've seen. Thank you.
Hi Robert. I love your videos. Your voice is perfect and...your choice of smooth jazz and instrumental music is relaxing and soothing. GOD BLESS YOU SIR. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.
The best video tour I've seen for this trip which I have taken over 7 five times ( rushing to a Disney world timeshare with only a 2-week vacatio). This year for the first time I will not be rushing through but I will be stopping to see all the places I've zipped past. This video gives me a good blueprint of stop overs.
Hey Robert! Just wanted to say thanks for the videos you make. I just completed my own drive from New York to Miami and I've been watching your videos the whole time! Safe to say I didn't see as much as you (I was moving for work) but you have a wonderful style of filmmaking and I look forward to seeing more of your adventures!
Thank you for the great videos. I am from Australia. I have travelled to the USA five times during my life time visiting relatives and going on tours around the country. Brings back nolstagic memories.
Wow! This is kinda like a movie! You show great places, provide us with stories about them - amazing! I've been to St.Augustin in 2008 and loved that city. Thank you for making such videos!
Thank you for watching. Glad you glad we enjoyed. I have another video of Saint Augustine in which we explored a little more. Including the fountain of youth. I'll upload it one of these days. Greetings!
Robert and Wife!! I have been following you guys now for about 2 weeks.. And I love it. A lot of places I was blessed to have traveled to..But New York, Paris, London I know I will never see! But I can say I have seen it through your eyes. !!! Thank you for a great road trip. Would like for you to show your wife more!!😊😊🧚♂️
I have family all over Florida . I was down there two summers in a row 4 months each time taking care of parents . Did get to visit family members in St.Agustine & Naples . But spent most of time in Daytona . All the cities are pretty at night and cooler . Nice place to visit . I drove a lot and that really wears one out . People in Florida are very nice I made lots of friends and we still talk on phone . Thank you Robert . Now Florida is a trip I could do again . No rocks Beautiful sights you are really good camera man
I have NO IDEA who's giving you your food queues, but stopping in dumpy NJ to eat deli sandwiches when world famous Katz's deli on Houston St in NYC was only 20 minutes away??? Likewise I can't help but laugh my a** off when you do things like visit Philadelphia but don't stop for world famous Philly cheese steaks when you were only blocks away from Pat's and Gino's at 9th & Passyunk! WHEW! The tour of Manhattan was very nice. You hit on all cylinders there. And thank you for touring a small part of my birth place - The Bronx! It was cool to see you turning right onto 161st Street from the River Ave / Jerome Ave area and heading east going over the Grand Concourse. You even drove past an old firend's house on Park Ave who still lives there after all these years. You did the right thing by locking your doors in that part of the Bronx... you should've worn kevlar as well! Then, you reminded me what the old Kosciusko Bridge looked like - the new one is up now. Then... like in Philly... you didn't even stop at Famous Nathan's original hot dog stand... WHEW again! Finishing it off with the hilarious multiple mis-pronunciations of 'Staten Island' really had me going - you're the BEST! Thank you!
Great video. Although I live in Texas now, I’m a native New Yorker and your trip around Brooklyn and Manhattan passed through several of the neighborhoods I lived and worked in, and when you were on Bleecker Street at the “Welcome to Greenwich Village” sign the building you see on the left at that corner of MacDougall Street was where I lived for years. Thanks for the memories!
I laughed for 3 minutes on the line when you were in the lit up room thing: "I dunno. Let me get out of here before I go nuts." I'm still catch'n up on the older ones. Ty for da laugh.
Brutal. Excelente. Congrats, it was an amazing trip and great idea for us who wants to drive. This video gives you more than an idea on how to travel to N.Y City and North states.
fantastic trip around new york city, everywhere you went reminded me of a movie, new jack city, state of grace, daylight, die hard with a vengeance, godzilla, goodfellas, a bronx tale & i was just thinking of the warriors literally seconds before you mentioned the warriors .. amazing 1 other thing is the verrazanno bridge was the longest suspension bridge in the world until they built the humber bridge in england in 1981, i thought it was so i checked it out on wikipedia before i commented.
Wow, you actually were able to pronounce the Kosciuszko Bridge! I have traveled across that bridge countless times toward Queens and I still have not been able to correctly pronounce it. Also, the next time you come to Brooklyn, please revisit Coney Island! The amusement park and the beach is much more exciting than what you saw if you come during the summer time (like now!) Great video, greetings from Brooklyn, NY.
Awesome! I haven't even finished the video and I already know it'll give me ideas for my upcoming trip from NJ - Tampa. Thanks for this! Back to the video...
Brave man, Robert. Only one wrong turn driving all and around NY City!!!! And surrounding areas!!!! Wonderful information, as always. Thank you for doing so much research and passing it along 🤗
Boston has the John handcock tower and the Paul revere walk that one if by land 2 if by sea!!! Lantern 🏮 story!!!! The shot that's heard around the world 🌎!!! Gotta love history
I live in South FL, but considering moving somewhere a little cheaper and less crowded. Its sad they don't do movies here anymore. Have a blessed day. Yes, prayer is so important at this time.
Your narration of the video is great. I ended up here by accident, but watched almost half of it. :P (even though it has nothing to do with what i was looking for.) I would watch more if i had the time. Good job.
Well thank you for taking me back to the many places I have lived on this trip! I have lived in Petersburg and Richmond, VA, the Bronx, Manhattan and I met my husband in Brooklyn. We used to hang out at Coney Island and walk along the Verrazano Bridge. He worked over by Time square and I went to school and worked in lower Manhattan. I lived in the South Bronx and you were very BRAVE to even drive over there! Outside of the walking and eating in NYC one of my favorite things was people watching! I would love to sit on a bench and watch people as they walked by. I love NYC at Christmas and I hope you enjoyed it as well! I really enjoyed this video! Thanks!
Wow New York , big big big City . Beautiful city . Thank you Again Robert , I get to see so many cities thanks to you . Cities I would probably never see . Just curious about the North parts of New York State . Maybe some day .
Very nice. I loaded the Hotel Tonight app. It may come in handy. The trip to Charleston takes me back to the early 2000s when I was on a work assignment in the area. Back then, they were still trying to perform the electrolysis process on the Civil War submarine, Hunley. I remember during the tour I took that they said it would be at least a decade to 15 years for them to complete the restoration to eliminate the 130 years of so of corrosion. It's only now more or less complete.
#322 Good morning, Robert. The road congestion in south Florida would make me think twice about driving in the daytime. Maybe at 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM, then hide somewhere?
Great job once again! My bf and I plan to drive from Montreal to Key West this winter with our camper. I use to be truck driver making jonction between Montreal and Los Angeles. Nothing compare the feeling of roadtrip :) Take care and maybe will have the pleasure to see you on the road one day.
+TravelingRobert We are living 50km north from Montreal Québec Canada so you'll probably be driving close from our place soon. I recommend Mont-Tremblant if you have time zizgaging our province :)
Sunday binge watching some of your older 🎥 . First was of your ✈️ ride to Colorado (2nd time I’ve viewed this one) where y’all rented an rv and traversed throughout Colorado and a tad of Utah. I especially enjoyed this as I once lived there from May 1980 - thru June 2000. Then I headed in my 1st rv, a Winnebago Warrior, to Ocala, Tampa and Jacksonville, FL areas where I spent approx 15 yrs while employed thru various temp agencies affording me contracts wherever I opted to stay awhile. Next video is your road trip to New York during the Christmas holidays. Having grown up in southern Jersey but having relatives in NY this again brought back fond memories. 🚌
Great video and informative. I travel often and have recently started doing road trips. You're definitely an inspiration y de mas eres Cubano. AWESOME!!!! KEEP up the great work and trek forward. I'll be spreading the word on your vlogs..

Nice Job, it would always bring me back to around late 2015. I'm going to New York in April to sail to Bermuda on the Norwegian Joy
Nice video, so many things to see in NYC. I need to go back and spend a few days just in the boroughs. Washington too, I was there for 1 day last summer so I need to go back and see the museums. Atlantic city is kind of sketchy, even on warm days the streets are quiet, nothing to see there besides the casinos.
I remember my parents drove to Florida (from Montreal) in 1977 and they came back with souvenirs from South of the Border, I always wondered what that was.
