So if Will Smith had said yes to Tarantino, we never would've had that banger of a song in the movie. Some things happen for the better. I had no idea Jamie Foxx wrote that song for Rick Ross.
I hear a lot of stories of big actors turning down roles that were meant for them and the one who ends up getting the role turns out to be the best choice for it. Everything happens for a reason.
youre absolutely that song would not of existed! Just want to clarify, he produced it with the whistle and humming idea and then had the chorus idea. Ross obviously wrote the lyrics. But truly an incredible song and love that Tarantino had a proper soundtrack for that movie.
