Thanks! Credit to the people at Home Depot though. They even matched how reflective it should be with the satin enamel.

I saw on another You Tube channel that they felt the trim on their Thor was not real wood. Theirs was peeling and it looked like glued on paper. I hope yours was not that way.

Yeah, it’s not solid wood for sure but some type of lightweight plywood. It is covered in some type of vinyl/paper sticker. They apparently changed suppliers for adhesives and some RVs were affected with incorrect adhesive. I have two minor areas that are not bad but that strip above fridge was completely not adhered. It peeled off as one solid piece and the wood wasn’t even tacky. I still cleaned and sanded it down a little though.

Thank you for your upgrade interior video of the Sanctuary Van! I wanted to ask if you had noticed a sagging in the coach headliner yet and if there was a solution?

The majority of the headliner I have not noticed any sag and I think it’s helped by cabinetry to support it. But the corner right at the side door behind passenger seat has never sat flush to ceiling since I bought it. I can easily push it up about an inch. It feels like the same problem as the two rear sides that I added the black push pins too. I will take a look this weekend at it.

Thank you for your help so much. I am based out of the Clearwater Florida area so the heat may have something to do with it as I have also had peeling wall paper in the closets. BTW your latest updates look really high end.

@junglehomes6525 Thanks. I bet you’re right on with the heat and humidity worsening it. I don’t know how I would handle extensive peeling. That’s a lot of labor to peel it off, sand it down and paint. I would probably opt for the recall fix depending on the turnaround time. You do have to be without a van which is a bummer.

      Hello,
I wanted to let you know that I decided not to install the Philips Led 9005/9006 LED Ultinon Sport that I just purchased on Ebay when I realized you had edited your Philips Ultinon installation video. I assume you removed these from the van.
I then found a site on UA-cam called - Headlight Revolution which explained a lot and I recommend it. When I think about it the Transit 350 is so high tech that it automatically dims high beams that I became worried that changing these
to LED's might cause problems in the electrical system that might void the warranty. Anyway could you let me know
your thoughts and experience with the Led's please thanks!

@junglehomes6525 I mentioned in that video that unfocused LED light in reflector housing is useless and just blinds other drivers. I never used LED bulbs for the high beams for that reason. Sorry if it came off that way in the video. The silver star ultra by Sylvania are normal bulbs but slightly blue to give a more white appearance and those are what I used in that video. As far as the headlights and fog lights go, they are still installed and doing good. Trip to Maine had a lot of night driving, maybe 5 hours a day and the headlights performed well. The Ultinon pro headlights bulbs are not as bright as what you might find on Amazon, but that’s is to prevent overheating. Some of the high output LED will get dim as they get hot. The performance of the Philips were consistent over the entire drive and didn’t show signs of dimming.
