I had a Van conversion shop in the 70’s we were proud of our selves mounting a toilet seat to 5 gal. bucket and they were metal back then!!! Hand water pumps for sink it’s come a long way and you’ve made best uses of space I’ve seen, the oven I like it’s perfect for space and I don’t think many cook 5lbs roast while out on the road. Having a shower and toilet space Perfect, I wish you could have seen the one I found back in the day, it had a metal pan that held water that you heated and poured in 12volt pump and a ring that you could hang on back door with shower curtain and spayed water from the ring it was great idea then but you all have this van Perfect you should be Bizzie WOW really it’s great to see this BEST OF LUCK TO YOUS.
So kind I’ve been working on making my plane more comfortable to go camping in, there some great spots to land at and a group of us fly to mid of nowhere no roads city lights no amenities just wildlife have a great day
I have been a couch RV'er for the last year and have seen hundreds and hundreds of videos. This is one of the best well considered camper van builds I have seen so far. Great to see independent builders doing such a great job. I think most of the big companies are stale in consideration of innovation, design and functionality. Need people like you to shake things up. Great job.

This is an awesome build! The only thing I would change would be to move the shower/toilet room opening closer to the front of the van. This is in order to make it easier to access the toilet if you want to leave it out when the shower isn’t needed and you wouldn’t need to step around it to get into the space. Moving the opening forward would also make the toilet less visible.
Best one I’ve seen so far for its size. That shower and toilet, a bed that’s always a “bed”, dining/working space, table extension, extra working space!!! I hope you could post daily routines.
Love the slide toilet...I've been wanting to do this on my own van for awhile. The only thing I can say is: I wish you had put the Nautilus door on the left side of the bathroom, for easier entry while the toilet is out.

Love, love the capsules, double router, Starlink, wrap around awning and extended table with the ingenious locking bracket. This is one of the nicest, cleanest builds I’ve seen. I really like how you put in a full shower and then have the compost toilet slide out of the way.
I'm amazed by the level of 'homely' comforts that vans have now reached. And it keeps getting better. The other day I saw a vantour which had a wardrobe within the shower space. It swings open when the bathroom is to be used, but the other time, it's a great usage of otherwise dead space. That and sliding toilet together would be an amazing.
Watching again after a year. I continue to be impressed by how well thought out and practical this build is. I like the large drawer in the garage. A fold-down drawer front might allow easier access to contents.
I'm pretty sure this video will instantly solve a lot of would-be issues in the future when I start from complete scratch with building a van. It's a while away still, but this video will be a great help to figure out plug and duct placement and other little things that you only really figure out when you're actively *using* the van. Brilliant!

How much ballpark if I wanted something similar... Im new don't know where to start.. I lived in my car for a couple months and that is uncomfortable.. the last straw was when I almost didn't make it to the restroom.. love the freedom but nothing funny about driving around looking for an open bathroom!!! I have been curious about those batwing awnings for camper vans because of the large amount of shade both on the side and out the back but concerned about the deploying and storing. I would love to see a video of how its done on a camper van. Also just a great build overall, very well thought out. I think that is the best shower/toilet storage option I've seen yet.
Hands down!!! That is the best van conversion there is anywhere!! PERIOD!!! It would be even better with more space for water and I am sure with a bit of thought that it would be possible to achieve that requirement!! Also a method has to be incorporated to keep that water from freezing in colder climates! All quite achievable with a bit more time and money! Aside from those things this van has stepped up what can be achievable in such a small space!!! Bravo! For having reached such a level of perfection!!!😊
Seen a lot of van builds, this is very well built and organized. If I were to order this I would move the dinet to be behind the driver seat (so my son can ride along) and move the bathroom to existing dinnet along with installing manual latches instead of magenetic latches for all cabinet doors.

Impressive build with a lot of features I want. Have you done a recirculating shower with the components under the van? The only real critical comment is the fire extinguisher being mounted in the back of the sink cabinet. You really want it right next to the door so you can get to it quickly if needed.
Best ever, I'd just put the table extender below the existing table so you'd just pull it out, keep toilet fixed below shower and get more storage below the seat, make a 2nd drawer above the table and below existing drawer since there's no closet, fixed ladder in the back to access roof, just my ideas for more storage

Seen so many of these videos... That hidden toilet... Amaze. Not that I'm a buyer, but only things I would change: access panel for toilet from outside rather than carrying through van, few more automatic things rather than some of the stuff which looked a bit fiddly (if it's fiddly people don't use it imo) - so hidden automatic blinds for the beds would be sick, different coloured feed hoses (or textures as well) for the grey water tank vs potable water (no nighttime slip ups)... but man, what an epic van build. Even the under sink was so well thought out to be space saving (though I'd put the fire extinguisher near the front!)
observer of van life here, this is the best ford transit build I've seen yet. I cringe at the use of so much wood for van life and this build has the least. Nitpicking would be the dining table and chairs which be nice to have something retractable/collapsible then the space could be used for other useful things . A window to the dining table which they did for the bed would be nice though it would be nice place for a huge TV to display anything especially cameras. but still, early days. A fully electric van would have tons of battery and no need two HVACs while charging cheaply or free on some destinations

Best ever, I'd just put the table extender below the existing table so you'd just pull it out, keep toilet fixed below shower and get more storage below the seat, make a 2nd drawer above the table and below existing drawer since there's no closet, fixed ladder in the back to access roof, just my ideas for more storage

Seen so many of these videos... That hidden toilet... Amaze.
Not that I'm a buyer, but only things I would change: access panel for toilet from outside rather than carrying through van, few more automatic things rather than some of the stuff which looked a bit fiddly (if it's fiddly people don't use it imo) - so hidden automatic blinds for the beds would be sick, different coloured feed hoses (or textures as well) for the grey water tank vs potable water (no nighttime slip ups)... but man, what an epic van build. Even the under sink was so well thought out to be space saving (though I'd put the fire extinguisher near the front!)

observer of van life here, this is the best ford transit build I've seen yet. I cringe at the use of so much wood for van life and this build has the least. Nitpicking would be the dining table and chairs which be nice to have something retractable/collapsible then the space could be used for other useful things . A window to the dining table which they did for the bed would be nice though it would be nice place for a huge TV to display anything especially cameras. but still, early days. A fully electric van would have tons of battery and no need two HVACs while charging cheaply or free on some destinations
