    🔥 Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you have a left handed version of this video? If you are left handed, you can convert ANY video on UA-cam yourself! Simply go to www.mirrorthevideo.com/ and follow the instructions to mirror flip any video to convert to left handed!
How much yarn will I need? This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!
How many squares do I need for a blanket? That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀
Do you have the written pattern? Yes! I have written patterns to accompany my video tutorials on my website here: www.hookedbyrobin.com The written pattern is generally released a week or so after the video tutorial to ensure there are no errors in the video itself and to make amendments in the written version if any are found. All the written patterns are FREE to access on my website
How can I print the pattern from your website? Do you have downloadable PDF's? Not at this time no. This may change in the future but for now, I only provide the written pattern directly on my website.
Can you remake this video so it is slower? If the video speed is too fast, you can slow it down! 😀 See this video on exactly how: • How to Adjust the Spee...
Why do you use American stitch terminology? I learnt using USA stitch terms, long before I even knew there was a difference between UK & US terminology! American terms are my "first language" so to speak. If you need a conversion chart, I have one here! www.hookedbyrobin.com/crochet...

This blanket is BEYOND STUNNING!!! I'm expecting my first child in October, surprise sex, and I was planning to make my first ever blanket for the occasion. I think I'll just crochet a very simple white blanket and then add a rainbow border. And maybe a little rainbow applique in the middle.
Thank you so much for the idea! 🌈

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I LOVE the unicorn dreams blanket and am so grateful that Lisa created it and super thankful for your videos. When I started this project two years ago, it was for my 2 year old granddaughter, since then she had a baby sister that joined the family, so I of course needed to make a second one. I can honestly say I couldn’t have done it without your tutorials. You make everything clear and easy to follow. Thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I started on my blanket 3 months ago, not very good at crocheting and definitely could not read a pattern! It looked like a different language to me!😅

I am making this blanket for my Granddaughters 3rd Birthday this Friday! Literally spending every free moment I had working on it to get it finished in time to give to her on her Birthday! I can’t wait to see that sweet face when she sees it!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping through the process of making her something that she will cherish for a lifetime!!! Much Love

I do hope you find this. I have been using your flat stitch braid for quite some time, yours seems to be the easiest to follow and I use it quite often! My ending starts with where you have a hdc, (in the first white) I use dc, but from there, it's just what my mood does. However on a blanket I'm finishing now, I'm wanting the scallop/shell ending. I'm needing to know that to add the shells, that will equal out, what particular number of stitches to have. A certain number, or perhaps odd, even, counts of 3's or 5's, etc. Am I making sense?

Hmm you could probably fudge it a little bit - you could try skipping just one stitch inbetween the sc and the shells to make it fit? OR if you have too many stitches left, try skipping 3 for a couple of the shell sections?
      I hope that makes sense!
