There is some left over which Ill have later. For supper this evening , I’m planning on making your Spanish omelette with potatoes and zucchini. Looks absolutely fantastic! Hi Albert! Your sandwich looks heavenly tasty! Yesterday, we made chicken burgers (minced chicken meat). I made a dressing with turkish yoghurt and light mayo. I fried small bits of carrot and palsternacka that i mixed with the yoghurt and mayo. This was the dressing - carrot, palsternacka and all. We also had slices of red tomatoes. It was so much fun to ensemble the burger - the chicken patties, the veggie dressing, the tomato slices and the burger bread! I actually seasoned the patties with salt and pepper, ground cummin and ground nutmeg, dried thyme and dried oregano. The cummin made it taste fantastic! I highly recommend spiceing up the burger patties with lots of flavors. Thank you for teaching me the technic with making dressing and sauces with yoghurt. You inspired me for the dressing i made for the burgers. Thank you for a great video. I will definitely keep your sandwich recipes in mind now that fall is coming. Soon it's soup and stew season and so i thought that this type of sandwich would be perfect next to a crunchy soup. Big love and enjoy your evening! ❤❤❤❤❤

I don't know why something so simple looks so amazingly great. But it does. Great vid as always. I believe that the bread also makes a huge difference. No Wonder Bread at my house....
Oye, Albert. Gotta receta deliciosa! Nothing like one of life's little pleasures...the good ol tuna salad sandwich, on multi grain or crunchy toasted sour dough bread. I will usually smooth some artisan mustard to the toast, which gives it a more delectable flavor to the tuna salad, then I'll add a heaping portion of the tuna salad, a generous portion of shreaded lettuce. To complement this dish, I will either serve with some chiles curtidos, or a few whole jalapenos and some artisan chips. And, let's not forget that icy-cold cerveza. This is really good for any meal, not just for lunch. I really like a lot of texture when biting into my tuna salad sandwich. Gracias for sharing this tasty recipe!

Basically the way I've always made my Tuna Salad Sandwich, but I do apply a smitten of butter after the bread is toasted.

This closely approximates my own tuna salad. The only difference is I use finely chopped green onion from the garden instead of red onion.
