I don't care if they are not 100% neutral or "hifi" since it makes them sound already good at very low volume where flat frequency curve speakers would not yet sound "present" so crispy and punchy. They are good for classical too but then I turn the bass a bit down. The treble is bright enough as it is. I enjoy these speakers immensely since my previous big ones were to big for my room and I was anxious in disturbing the neighbors.
They were $99 on Edifier store with some discount a while ago, also they fluctuate with price a lot. At the time of the review lowest I found was $120... So I put that in the review.
They are priced $99 or $119? You confused me a bit right there lol Those speakers are bulky but looks like they deliver real nice sound! 😀🔊 Thanks very much for sharing this video! 💖 *Greetings from Costa Rica!* 🌴
There are differences in prices, depending where you buy them somewhere they are available for $99 somewhere up to $130 - I went with the middle price 👌 Also there are differences in models, looks is the same but there are T (non S), 1280DB and so on...
@@LevelUPGamingTech I used it for a party at MAX volume with the bass decreased. The next day though the bass had significantly less impact/ kick and would make a strange noise when using it at higher volumes.
This is highest quality unboxing/review video out there for "Edifier R1280Ts"..!!
I love mine, quality and sound is best I've found at $100 bucks

Very good review, thanks!
If only I could find them here for $99. Previous gen still costs ~$160

What song was that in the sound test?
Yesterday bought these from bay for 70 upgrading from cr3s
The sound stage enhancer is the only reason to give the Ts and no one thinks it’s good so might as well save money and get the T.

@@LevelUPGamingTech Oh well glad to know these details, thanks for the answer bro 👍
can i pair it on my laptop? or will it damage my laptop?
You can pair them no problems or damage to the laptop 👍 Just use the included 3.5mm to 2x RCA cables for the connection, no issues 😉
Emotional damage
Why would pairing speakrs damage your laptop?
You will get a virus and it will wipe all of the data off your HD.
não tem bluetooth ?
☕💜
Nuff said 😀☕
my base distorted after using it too loud
Strange, technically you shouldn't do that anyway. Maybe a cone blew or some resistor inside... RMA 😁

@@mattdeclas Gee, who could've foreseen that happening...
io non ho ancora capito la differenza tra Edifier R1280DB - DBS e TS. Qualcuno me la spiega? Grazie.
igual necesito saber la diferencias exactas, y cual vale mas la pena, si los TS o T
They don't seem to be too powerful
