There is an amazing restaurant in St. Louis, MO, USA - and its name is - "China In Bombay"!! It is owned and run by a chef, who is from Vietnam, and learnt (Indian) chinese cooking in Bombay. Amazing, hai na? :)

Kaleji and bheja are two underrated (and बदनाम) items in our cuisine. Thanks Mr. Vijaykar and Mr. Inamdar for standing up for them.
I would say that not kaleji pr bhejja is definitely underrated! And i don't know why, because of his appearance or the name itself bhejja 🤔
