there is not a single interview I have not seen of Vikas Khanna. By far the most grounded "Celebrated" person ever !! He never shies away from talking about his failures or his difficult times. Never forgets about people who helped him during a crisis. He had spoken about a Muslim family who sheltered him during some riots and to this day in the memory of that incident he keeps Roza during Ramadan. That is respect. Ive seen his videos where he visits some really small places in India and eats at peoples home. A lady blessed him in Marathi which he did not understand but just replied " I did not understand the language but I believe the words meant some kind of blessing " even being the top chef never ceases to appreciate the food that he gets to eat at peoples homes or from small food cart vendors. He has a heart of Gold. I wish him ever more success in anything he does. He deserves it.
