Damn they always make 47mm lug to lug... I have expedition same size, its the max I would wear on my wrist... Expected smaller for a dress watch like 46mm at max.
Beautiful. I wish it was 38 or 39mm, though, but, to each their own. I'm about to get the green dial one but seeing the one you have, it's great looking as well. I think the trick is in the design rather than the color. I think they should offer it in other colors as well, such as sun burst maroon, champagne, and anthracite.

1969 vintage. Beautiful. Saw it has a Japanese movement. Miyota I think. So it beats slowly. Not as fast as a sweep I want but still a great looking watch.

How about the rotor is it loud? I've had some bad experiences with Timex on that matter

Would have been a Viscount in 1969, that were also automatic Self-Winds, the replica was similar, except for that calendar window.

No, this is an automatic movement. It winds automatically when you wear it.
