Hi Jani I love this desing. Been searching for the right tools to make my stainless steel cutlery jewellry and I think the ones youuse are Amazing. The arbor press with those tools look more versatile that the pepetools ring benders. There longer and allow you to bend spoon ends in a beautyfull way. I live in spain and i would like to make the right choice when I buy my tool from the usa. What do u recomend me? Thanks for your tutorial. They are very helpfull. Bless you
Hi! There is only one place that sells the Bender Press. They also sell older models and used kits. I’ll put a link below. The arbor press is sold separately. I got my arbor press at a local tool store. I don’t have a Pepe ring bender. I would like to have one just as another tool to have, however, I would suggest the Bender Press kit as your main tool because it is so versatile. I’m glad my tutorial was helpful!😊 Good luck and have fun with your jewelry making! Jani
@@JustJani Thanks for your reply Jani, youre very kind. Ive seen the link for the bender press kit 🙏 thanks. I like this kit because your can bend anything, not just rings... and the arbor press can be used in many ways. Ill be cheking your Page as you have great videos. I send you a Big hug. Thank you ❤️🙏
Do you have to anneal the spoon to get the hammered texture? I tried to texture without annealing and it wouldn’t do anything but scratch it up. Thanks! Love your videos and thanks for sharing. 🙏
Hi, Annealing really is necessary to get good texture. Annealing softens the metal and hammering hardens it. So when you’re hammering without annealing your hammer just bounces off the hard surface. When you hammer after annealing it allows the hammer to sink into the metal leaving an impression. Hope this helps.
Hi, I don’t remember mentioning a polishing tool. I tumble mine in a Rebel 17 Extreme. The bender press is from a flatware company called Flatwearable. www.flatwearable.net/ I put a link to the tools I use in the description. If you can’t see it, click “show more”.
Sorry, I just saw this. The attachments are called a Bender Press from Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry. She designed and sells them. You can get new or used on her website. flatwearable.com/product/flatwearable-bender-press-classic-v2a/
That is a crazy gorgeous ring! Thanks for showing us how it is done!
Thank you so much!
Beautiful ring, may I ask for hints on how you find sterling silverware? I'm having the hardest time!
Hi, I go to antique stores and thrift shops.
Great video, I'll try this. Thanx!
Thank you! They’re really fun to make.

Have you tried to make an apple watch band from silverware? I would love to learn the technique. Thank you for your tutorials.
No I haven’t. Never thought of it. Neat idea though.
I just saw a video on FB and can’t share it.😞 Look for Douglas Heifetz on Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry. Hope this helps.

Where did you get the polishing tool or drum you mentioned a flatware company

You didn't mention what type of hammer. Was it rawhide, metal?
Sorry, I just saw this. Yes, it is a rawhide hammer. A steel hammer would make marks/dents on the silverware.
Where can i get the attachments for the arbor press?
Sorry, I just saw this. The attachments are called a Bender Press from Flatwearable Artisan Jewelry. She designed and sells them. You can get new or used on her website.
