    Idk but that yogurt is something else.
    I visited Kreta and the yogurt was so silky smooth, when combined with honey and granola it became food for gods

    Plain Greek yogurt is yummy with granola and blueberries its helping me lose weight

      I honestly can relate. I was 240lbs and dropped down to 160lbs in under a year. Small changes to your diet in the beginning make a huge difference.

      ​@D-nice1976 Personally, I always use full fat everything, watch out for low-fat products as they always replace the full fat with either more sugar or salt.

    200 grams of yogurt, 50 chia seeds, 100 grams of mixed berries and 30 grams of jam for training days! I’m on day 2 now

      Im with ya! I think it might be because it kinda feels “light” and lightweight in your stomach . If that makes any sense :)

      The more fat in will make you feel fuller. Which is good 👍 we humans need fat to live and energy

      Eat the full fat yogurt 5%, add nuts and/ or high protein granola. The combo of fat and protein will keep you full longer. Drink water before and after helps you feel fuller as well.

      It's cause the yogurt you might be getting contains high amounts of included sugars so the glucose intake makes you hungirer even so try finding low included sugar yogurts or plain and add honey nuts etc

      No they aren't. There's literally 0 grams of fat in my brand of Greek yogurt. I just checked the containers in my fridge.
