I visited Kreta and the yogurt was so silky smooth, when combined with honey and granola it became food for gods
Plain Greek yogurt is yummy with granola and blueberries its helping me lose weight

Are u using the full fat or non fat?
@D-nice1976 Personally, I always use full fat everything, watch out for low-fat products as they always replace the full fat with either more sugar or salt.
It's one of the best things you can eat because it's full of protein.
And the probiotics are amazing for the digestive and immune system
Plain (full fat) Greek yogurt, walnuts, banana, blueberries. Amazing!!

I eat Greek yogurt everyday.
I stopped just yesterday after 5 months as I found out it thrws HORMONES out of balance.

I have it with carob molasses

The more fat in will make you feel fuller. Which is good 👍 we humans need fat to live and energy
Eat the full fat yogurt 5%, add nuts and/ or high protein granola. The combo of fat and protein will keep you full longer. Drink water before and after helps you feel fuller as well.
Maybe the probiotics in it help to break down food sitting in your gut.
It's cause the yogurt you might be getting contains high amounts of included sugars so the glucose intake makes you hungirer even so try finding low included sugar yogurts or plain and add honey nuts etc
It makes me 💨 Fart 😊 but I know the bacteria 🦠 is digesting plust B12 is great for the 🧠 brain also

No they aren't. There's literally 0 grams of fat in my brand of Greek yogurt. I just checked the containers in my fridge.
