Indara consulted the council for advice, they told her what needed to be done, which is to NOT intervene in ANY way Torbin got bored of being on Brendok, believing that the fastest and best way to head back to coruscant was to take the girls into custody and bring them to the council 'cuz thanks to a vergence in the Force, the witches were able to "create" them Sol as a master who was craving to have his own padawan and due to him misunderstanding the situations wanted to "help" the girls, saving them from what he believed were a group of people abusing them In episode 3 when Koril told the girl that there were consequences to breaking the rules, it was more out of concerned, were as in this episode it looked like a threat because of the way they showed her grabbing Osha's arm During the training in this episode what Sol managed to see, was Mother Aniseya violently attacking the girls, while in episode 3 she was teaching them the power of the thread. It's all misunderstanding from Sol that led to this.
