He's been convinced that he's a man so he should have no say in what lesbian writers are putting forward in this artistic lesbian representing show. Of course ultimately he is responsible and should have put his foot down if he's the guy who has final say but it's easy to understand why he didn't. There's no "right" move when you're dealing with these people.

I rewatched _Spaceballs_ last night, and quickly decided that Mel Brooks' comedy classic is more in line with Star Wars canon than any of the live action crap Disney has spewed out in the last few years.
It’s friends giving friends jobs while the ones who CAN do the job get ignored. This has been MY experience working in the film biz (in L.A. for 25 years)- the one who proclaim how great they are get all the work while those who DO the work get ignored until they give up and leave. Is it any surprise why the film biz is on its ass right now? Too many losers and stuff gumming up the works here.
And too many Boomer jag offs wasting every elses’ time with stories on how they made money back in the 70s in-between taking sniffs of coke off of some directors’ table…

The 2008 Clone Wars animated series was *NOT* a remake of the Gennedy Tartakovsky animated macro series. It was its' own thing.

Dude after the final season of Clone Wars.... I knew what Filoni was all about. He basically made it the Ahsoka show - and let's not forget the Martinez twins. People praise the final season all the time - but I thought it was crap. Hardly any Obi-Wan or Anakin? Seriously? The unfinished episodes were a million times better and should have been used. But he understands/supports Disney's agenda.... so they weren't

I saw Ahsoka becoming the main character upon the release of that horrid Clone Wars movie in 2008. That was the start of my disinterest in Star Wars, finalized by TFA.

Thanks for bringing up Genndy Tartakovsky's Clone Wars, it's greatly ignored despite making the villains actual threats and fleshing out Anakin while properly setting him up as a fallen hero. Sad that George Lucas squandered all of that with the third prequel, but that cartoon makes the sequel trilogy feel alive.
General Grievous was a BAMF in the animated series - but was a mere prop in the 3rd movie. Both he and Maul should of had more development, but to be fair Maul got more in CW even though it was an ass pull.
No surprise the Acoshite has terrible writing. Claire Kiechel was also a writer on that awful Watchmen show.

The CGI Clone Wars had its moments, it explained the clones were controlled to follow Order 66. But the 2D one was better in terms of style, plus General Grievious was a beast.
