    The induction reminded me of a cool twist on Yoga Nidra, then I look at your play list and see that you have Nidra vids posted there. It's great to put a face to your voice with the livestreams too.

    Hi there! I was wondering how would a person who wants to do guided meta. and be a life coach get started? And is their actually schools to do this? I would love to do this! I have had so much going on sense 2007 and I actually have gotten a lot of help but listening to these, and many others. I always love to help others.

    Wanna know something weird? Whenever I fall asleep to this my dreams involve me divorcing random guys that aren’t my husband. And I have a good marriage. It’s happened three times now so I’ll see what I dream up tonight 😴

    I was loving this meditation until I heard that I needed to repeat “ I will........ “. That will only keep me in a wanting state.

      Hi Jotex the words 'I will" are about intention not wanting...wanting is about desire....the would will is a verb indicating intention and using a mindful will in order to focus the mind. Thank you so very much for taking the time to write. Lauren

      Hi Sidrah It significantly helps the process because the sound is a better quality and has several layers- the sound is also stereo- the white noise can also be discerned :)

    The relaxation phase is way too long. It felt more like a breathing exercise. Relax my toes? Really?
